Reconciliation

AT SCHOOL.

Henry walked out of the class, leaving Ella crying on the floor. Her heart was bleeding, it hurt so much more than she could imagine. Did Henry just reject her? No!

Ella stood up from the floor and ran to the direction he was taking. But he was nowhere to be found. Ella flagged down the cab and got in.

The cab man dropped her at the entrance of the chamber, and she went in, but she kept silent. She sniffed at it as the memory of the night they spent together flooded her head.

"Can't a werewolf and a witch love themselves in peace?" She asked no one in particular as she sat on the floor.

Ella's heart felt heavy as she sat on the floor of the chamber, her mind overwhelmed with a mix of anguish and confusion. The memory of the night she had spent with Henry replayed in her mind like a broken record. How could everything change so quickly? Their love had felt solid, unbreakable, but now it lay shattered at her feet.
