Protest at Tall Boulder - II

"It's mostly shock and a few bruises," the rabbit continued, "There are a few ruptured eardrums, a couple of bloody noses, and a kangaroo with a face full of porcupine quills. Other than that, everyone seems to be alive."

"Was anyone seriously hurt?" asked Tim.

The rabbit glared at him and began walking away.

"I'm sorry," yelled Tim, still trying to follow her "That's not what I meant.

People are hurt—but I heard gunshots and bombs going off. Has anyone been shot or blown up?"

She paused and gave Tim a sharp look. "No, I must admit, I haven't seen any injuries like that. Now, please excuse me. I must get on with my job."

The rabbit hurried off into the distance to help more wounded.

Tim walked in circles around Tall Boulder, studying the ground, trying to find evidence of explosions or shell casings from bullets. He couldn't find anything of any use, though.
