After walking away from Petra's house Mary Jane and Connors entered his car, He started the car while driving off while Petra watched and after they went away she got inside the house.

As Connors went on driving Mary Jane just stared at him, While driving his face was expressionless. Just the hand-holding steering wheel was white because of how tight he holding it, showing he was angry or that's what others thought but the reality was far from it.

⊲Dr. Connors⊳

After all these years I finally have a lead for my lizard serum, If I could get Petra's DNA somehow it would help me, Now how do I convince Mary Jane?

"Miss-" I was about to call her but she interrupted me.

 "MJ" spoke Mary Jane.

"What?" I asked her.

"I mean you can call me MJ, Short for Mary Jane" she spoke to me considering how she is acting with me, I can strongly say she is infatuated with me.

"So, MJ where should I drop you?" I asked her, while looking at her now, Normally I couldn't dive until the automatic vehicles were introduced.

"Where are you going?" instead of answering me she asked me a question which I replied.

"My house" I replied.

"Then, Let's go there" She answered me with her boldness.

After that I said okay to her, Then we went towards the direction of my house.

⊲Mary Jane⊳

An insecure person is easier to manipulate, Like now I made an impression on Connors that I am infatuated with him,

"MJ, Do you prefer tea or coffee" Connors asked me.

"Coffee" I replied to him.

"Okay," Connors replied.

Now, the next step is to comfort him, For that we have to reopen his wound.

"Dr.Co-" I called out to him, only to get interrupted.

"Curt, People close to me call me Curt" Oh, he is using my dialogue on me, What is this the 90s, They still use dialogues like that.

I forced a smile, making it so that he wouldn't realize it. Where were we? Ah yes! Reopen the wound for that I have to know about what happened.

"Curt, Why did you visit Petra?" I asked Curt, Turning to his back as it was facing me because he was making coffee. Hearing my question he stopped what he was doing.

"Well, It's a long story" Connors replied.

"I have time" I spoke to him.

"Do you know mutants?" Connors asked me.
