Season 2: How deep is your love?

The torches' flickering flames cast dancing shadows on the walls of Madame Kim's den, creating a mesmerizing play of light and shadow. I sat across from her, the warmth of the fire seeping into my bones as we talked, the hours slipping by unnoticed.

Madame Kim's stories were like fragments of forgotten history, each one a piece of the puzzle that was our existence on this mysterious island. She spoke of the Pit, a place of ancient origins, its presence as old as the island itself. "The Pit has always been here," she said, her voice low and solemn. "Even the few natives who once inhabited this island considered it taboo, a place of dread and darkness."

As she spoke, I couldn't help but feel a chill run down my spine. The Pit loomed large in the collective consciousness of the villagers, its depths shrouded in mystery and fear. "What lies within the Pit?" I asked, my curiosity getting the better of me.
