I saw smile on face of Mike as they were taking away Martin from class, he had that fishy grin on his face that was annoying me. I know for sure he did something, and he is reason for this.

Nick got from his bench and slammed his on Mike's table.

"Something seems funny to you?" Asked Nick.

"Whole scene" he replied mockingly.

Nick gave Mike a tight slap across the face.

"Still it's funny?" Nick asked.

"You know you are the reason Martin is going to get expelled hahahah" Mike laughed and continued, "i wanted to expel you, he was easier target. Now you'll have to live with guilt cause you were reason HAHAHAHAHAHA"

"WHAT DID YOU SAY?" Nick glared at him furiously.

"That you are reason he is expelled HAHAHAHA"

"NAH, that doesn't annoy me in slightest, but you wanted to EXPEL ME?"

Terror can be felt in eyes on Mike, as he sat in front of Nick who was absolutely in moof to rip him part. Nick pulled him from his bench and started throwing punches on him, untill the teacher came and separated two of them. As result Nick was suspended for 2month.

She extended her hand for handshake and said "Hey, I'm Rean"

He took her hand and pull her closer, gently whispered in her ears,

"My name is Nick, if you wanted to know"

Rean, pulled her hands back,

"Huh"

"Damn, how are you suddenly here Nick" Martin asked.

"Welp, Martin. How to say it but" he paused and looked towards Rean and asked "Who is she to you?"

"She is my neighbor" Martin replied.

"Oh neighbor, then Miss you should be at your home" Nick said.

Rean looked at Martin, and started to walk oustide. when Martin grabbed her had,

"Welp, she is kind of my friend too" Martin replied.

"Lol, yeah nice to see you are doing well Martini." He paused and looked outside, "wanna grab a cig?"

"Bruh, it's burning outside" Martin replied.

"At our base" Nick said.

"Are you even listening to me?" Martin asked.

"I don't think we have enough time for that." Replied Nick.

"Heh"

"Let's go Martin" said Nick.

"Okay, coming"

"What about you? You gonna tag along?" Nick asked Rean.

"Hmmm.. sure if you guys are fine with it" Rean replied.

Martin picked up his bike, started to walk along.

"Shessh, leave the bike right there" Nick said.

"Heh, why? " Martin asked.

"Just leave it"

Martin put his bike back to its place, And followed those two from behind walking lil faster to catch up. Catch up! To them, but for how long?

In that summer noon, three people walking smiling, talking and laughing. Warm breeze of summer and bright sunlight reflecting ocean bright, there town was built near coastline, surrounded by ocean and a mountain in center. Day time in town is full of people at shores catching fishes, tourism, and there shops. Night sky is lit with stars as magnificent view.

Alleys of this town, knows stories of all. It might be untold to one another but it knows it all. It saw childhood of each, it saw lilttle Martin running barefoot to get away from his mom,it knows tale of great friendship of Martin and Nick. It knows the feeling of Rean, it knows how tears look in eyes of people who tears are said to be dried long ago, does it glitter same as ocean in moonlit nights?

Martin, Rean and Nick reached there place at mountain. A place they called base. Bought a pack of cigarette which only had three cigarette on there way. There was a half broken shade, which was made from tree branch and old metal sheet, you could have complete view of town from that place.

Nick, opened the pack and gave one to Martin, and offered one to Rean. She picked one out. Nick lit his cigarette with match and lit Martin's cigarette with same match as well. Shaked it off and threw it. He looked towards Rean.

"Catch"

And threw match box towards her. She caught it. But didn't lit her cigarette.

"Bring back memories? Doesn't it?" Asked Nick.

"Well, yeah it does" Martin replied "We used to come here daily after school before"

"Oh yeah, we were like that. Then we suddenly stopped. " said Nick.

"Yeah, i was too busy studying" said Martin.

"Martin, i have to tell you something" said Nick.

"Yes" asked Martin

Nick took a inhaled a long puff of cigarette,

"You know not all book, can be read in one go?" Said Nick.

"Yeah, what about it" asked Martin, Rean was watching in silent.

"Since we can't read it in on go, We use bookmark to continue it from there again" Said Nick.

Both of them were silent, as he spoke again " this is bookmark in our friendship"

Martin and Rean, was staring at him. Don't know what to say. As his tears fell.

"Hope, we can read our friendship again from this same point"
