MEN IN BLACK ATTACK

The languid voice was tinged with sleepiness as it reached their ears and all four of the black-robed men instinctively looked in the direction of the source of the voice.

They saw a girl on top of the roof, flipping herself up to sit up there lazily, her brown clothes billowing in the wind, her long black hair fanned out behind, bathed in the pale moonlight, wild and flamboyant, devilishly alluring and highly indolent.....

With just one brief moment of shock, the four men in black suddenly revealed a look of sleazy lust in their eyes.

"Killing her just like this would be such a waste of time," one of them said.

Another one among them rubbed his chin and sniggered loudly, his cruel eyes impudently roving over the girl on top.

Although they found Mindaza standing under the soft moonlight highly alluring, and the other two men's hearts began to itch with lust, they still retained a sense of caution. Especially when they saw that their target wasn't showing the tiniest bit of panic, but was highly composed as she stood there with a graceful air, which they thought was rather strange.

One of the men in black with a hideous scar on his face reminded his companions in a deep voice.

"The girl seems a little strange, besides, she is from the other tribes, so she came here for food and water. We cannot let anyone steal what we have here. It would be better if we killed her and got the mission over."

"It's just a teen girl. Brother, you are giving her too much credit." One of the men in black said, his voice filled with contempt, acting highly indifferent. Then he looked at Mindaza, her clothes and hair billowing out behind her. He laughed out in derision and said: "It's just one girl, I alone will be able to deal with her."

He stepped on the tiles on top of the roof, and calmly held his sword, he leaped over to the opposite side.

"Killing you would be such a waste. Why don't you have some fun with me first?" He said with a sinister laugh, he pounced forward and stretched his hand out in a grasp, reaching towards the front of Mindaza's clothes above her chest as she laid upon the roof tiles lazily.

At that same moment, Mindaza's eyes flashed with an icy chill and her hand closed around the hand her opponent had reached out, suddenly twisting it downwards with a hard snap.

"Argh!"

The sound of bones breaking was accompanied by a mournful howl that tore through the silence of the night, breaking through the peaceful tranquility.....

However, no one knew that Ganadara was hiding on the opposite side of the roof, watching the two.

At almost the same moment, Mindaza, who had been sitting down, used the force from her downward tug to quickly stand up, her foot immediately raised up in a heavy kick, her strength imbued into the tip of her foot, kicked into her opponent with pinpoint precision right in between her opponent's legs.

"Ungh!"

Unable to utter another sound, he could only groan and whimper as he fought to breathe, the electrifying pain shooting through his entire body was so unbearable that he curled up into a ball, his trembling legs giving way as he fell with a loud thud a kneed.

"You want to kill me?" Mindaza snorted with contempt, releasing her grip clasped over his arm and moving it up close over his throat. Another loud crack tore through the cold air as she broke his neck, and Mindaza nonchalantly threw him out towards the yard.

"Brother!"

Several voices called out in alarm. The three men stared angrily at Mindaza, shocked at the merciless viciousness of those hands, and the speed that they moved at. That speed had not even given them any time to react, and they had been made to watch helplessly as their Brother was killed right before their very eyes!

"Kill her!"

The man who was slightly older among them shouted out angrily, his voice filled with undisguised malice. He leapt over to the opposite roof, the long sword in his hand imbued with the skill of a warrior, flaring out with a threatening energy.

"What was that?" Ganadara said in shock. She knew that this man was different from them, like Mindaza, he had some special skills.

"What kind of warrior is he?" Ganadara's eyebrows lifted slightly, looking upon the man's powers with contemptuous disdain.

Mindaza's hands moved, and the razor-sharp dagger gleamed with a menacing thirst for blood. She charged forward with her body lowered, suddenly spinning around to the side when she was three inches away from the sword's point, and her sword flashed upwards.

A low moan sounded and at Mindaza's side, the man's eyes bulged, and his body stiffened, before it fell over stiffly onto the yard below.

The faces of the two remaining men grew burdened as shock registered on them.

The oppressive air of slaughter emanating from Mindaza was much more intense than them as hired killers. With them, it drives a terrifying chill deep into their hearts....

"Run!" Mindaza yelled.

A person like this was not someone they were able to take on. If they did not run immediately, their precious little lives would be forfeited right there and then....

"Three boxes of food and 10 galloons of water, I think it's enough for two days." Mindaza counted what they got.

"Mindaza, sorry about it, you almost got in trouble. I was wrong in our set plan, and feel guilty about it," Ganadara explained.

"No, it's okay. As soon as we entered this village I noticed that someone was hiding, and they were following us."

"You knew it?" Ganadara clarified.

"Yes, this village is rich in food, but, like us, they are here to steal most of the houses. I found dead bodies inside the house, so I think they are responsible for the killing. They must pay for what they have done here."

"I didn't realize that...!" Ganadara sighed.

After the successful task, Ganadara and Mindaza returned to their camp. They bring food and water, riding with a young horse.

"You are really reliable, so I can't trade you for any wealth in this world," Sulaya said as she welcomed Ganadara for her return.

"You will not believe what happened to us out there."

"Oh, long story? I don't like to hear it. Go and rest, we will talk later."

Ganadara nodded.

Half of the night came, the spiral hunters camped on the northern flanks of the hills, with the wind sweet over the heather and the land to the east and west prosperous with fertile farms.

"Only one night remaining after this," Sulaya announced.

"I want us all up before dawn. Next day, we will be in the royal hall, feasting on royal lechon pork and beef barbeque. There will be royal harpers playing beautiful music and a large table of delicious food and wine for us."

"No more camp fires in the rain, cold, windy hills and sodden wet nights," Sulaya promised.

"We will inform the king about the Northern men, and he will call up the army. And then we will see how brave they are!"

Sulaya spoke directly to Mindaza.

"Rest now, and tomorrow prepare yourself to meet the king"
