The Last Hope for Earth

Harry dodged several blasts and avoided several more while doing a barrel roll, three beams shout out of Harry's wand and flew behind him, taking out three Ultron bots. Harry flew towards Vision who flew towards him, they both had groups of Ultron bots chasing after them. Once they got closer an aura of greenish-yellow light envelopes Vision as his body turns intangible, Harry transformed into his animagus form and flew straight through Vision as did the other Ultron bots that were chasing Harry.

Harry bobbed and weaved through the Ultron bots that were chasing Vision and transformed back into his human form just as the two groups of robots crashed into each other.

"Guys, idea! I've got one!" Tony said.

"What?" Harry asked.

"Create a heat seal," Tony replied. "I can super charge the spire from below."

"But then won't that cause the whole city to blow up?" Harry asked. "Do you know how much damage the fall out can do?"

"Yes but unless you've got a better plan then this is what we're stuck with." Tony said before he contacted Thor over the comms. "Thor, I've got a plan."

"We're out of time, Ultron is heading for the core." Thor replied.

"Rhodey, you think you can help the people get on board?" Harry asked.

"On it." Rhodey replied.

"Avengers, time to work for a living." Tony said before he and Harry flew off, Harry grabbed Tony and teleported the two landed in the center of the church, right next to the core. Thor and Pietro were already there fighting off the Ultron bots that were trying to reach the core. Harry and Tony quickly began fighting alongside them, taking out any and all Ultron bots they could. It wasn't long before all of the Avengers plus Vision and the Maximoff twins had arrived and formed a circle around the core.

"What's the drill?" Natasha asked as she arrived.

"This is the drill," Tony said, gesturing to the core. "we can't let Ultron get his hands on it, not unless we want the rock to drop."

Harry was standing with Padfoot and Natasha on his left while Gwen and Sif stood on his right. The battle continued for several moments before the Ultron bots stopped coming, the Avengers turned and saw the Ultron prime hovering a small distance away, his new body was like his previous one except bigger, more intimidating and made out of vibranium.

"Is that the best you can do?!" Thor shouted. In response to Thor's words the Ultron Prime raised an arm and an army of Ultron bots appeared and began rushing towards the Avengers.

"Of for fuck sakes." Harry sighed.

"You just had to ask." Cap said as he gave Thor a small glare.

"This is the best that I can do," Ultron said as he gestured to his Ultron bots. "this is exactly what I wanted, all of you versus all of me, how could you possibly hope to win?" He asked, sounding like he had already won.

"Well… it's like the old man said," Tony replied as he gestured in Cap's direction. "together."

Padfoot growled while Hulk roared at the approaching Ultron bots, the robots circled around them and tried attacking from all angles. Pietro was zooming around, taking out whichever Ultron bots he could while Hulk and Thor smashed any that were unfortunate enough to get close to them. Iron Man and Vision were guarding the core from the air as they flew around taking out as many as they could, Gwen made good use of her webs and used them to slow down the Ultron bots and she took out any that got close using her super strength, Sif was easily in her element and showed how skilled a warrior she was by taking out as many as she could.

Padfoot was ripping apart Ultron bots like they were pillows, Natasha and Clint did their best to keep the robots far enough away for them to use their weapons but were also easily able to adapt if the robots got too close. As for Wanda she was blasting any and all robots that she could while Harry was sending spell after spell at them, doing a brilliant job of keeping the robots away.

Eventually the number of robots attacking them started to die down, Ultron prime flew towards Vision and engaged him in combat. The two fought in midair for a short while before Vision blasted Ultron out of the church with a yellow beam from the gem in his head. Vision flew out after Ultron, followed by Thor, Iron Man and Grim. Ultron held both of his arms up to protect himself from the attacks.

Vision continued blasting Ultron with his beam while Tony added to it with his repulsor blasts just as Thor unleashed a powerful lightning blast from Mjolnir while Harry also unleashed lightning from the tip of his wand. After a few moments of this they stopped so they could look at the results of the combined assault, and it did appear to have some affect as Ultron's right arm and face were damaged.

"You know… with the benefit of hindsight…" Whatever Ultron was about to say was interrupted by Harry who had aimed his wand at Ultron, a beam shout out from his wand and Ultron's vibranium body suddenly turned into glass.

Harry let out a deep breath as he did so, from some very careful experimentation with Cap's shield Harry had learned that he did indeed have the ability to transfigure vibranium, though it was much more difficult than if he had transfigured something else like wood or steel. A second later Hulk rushed towards the Ultron bot and smashed it to pieces with a strong punch to the face.

Hulk gave a challenging look to the nearby Ultron bots, the robot - in a rather human like move - decided that they wanted none of that and began running away.

"They're trying to leave the city!" Thor realized.
