Caesar remained composed, projecting an air of magnanimity. He clapped his hands, and in an instant, a group of veiled women in sensual attire glided into the banquet hall. But to me, they were nothing more than skeletons with beautiful human heads.

“This is the entertainment we’ve prepared for you,” Lyle announced, standing before the one-eyed general with a respectful and serious expression. The musicians, under his command, began to play a soothing melody.

Lyle acted like a royal steward in front of Caesar, meticulously handling everything.

The soft music filled the hall, and the female slaves began their performance. Their skirts twirled like blooming flowers, and their faces displayed constant smiles. Their gazes were focused on the distinguished guests seated on the high platform, but none of those in power paid them any attention.

The general kept his gaze lowered, while Caesar leisurely sipped his wine.
