Third person POV
Russell and John arrived at Carelis and stayed at Gregory's house. There Gregory gave Russell the student bios of the two students who wanted to take the bus driving course. Russell then took them and read them carefully. According to the documents, the two students who wanted to take the Bus Driving course were Felicia Dragomir, a female student of fire magic and a student of Gregory, and Hugo Dragomir, a male student of healing magic, a cousin of Felicia, and a student of Gregory A few days ago, they wanted to study to be as bus drivers under Russell's tutorage. They hoped to be the first certified bus drivers of the Zale Valleys but didn't know how hard it would be. So, after reading student bios, Russell put them down and looked at Gregory. "So, those two students of yours, Felicia and Hugo, are blood family members, right? Their last names are the same."
"Yes," Gregory replied while sitting on his sofa, "these two students wanted to take your bus driving course and become the first bus drivers in this country."
"Oh…I see…"
Gregory knew that Russell had started training apprentices to make his unique and strange profession and occupation more known to the world.
He was stunned that he could do that but was impressed by it.
John was on the floor eating a plate of liver meat.
"Ah, okay, that makes sense," Russell replied back understandingly. "Okay, can we do that first thing tomorrow morning before my routes would start?"
"Yes," responded Gregory, "you can start your course class for one hour, and I'll grant Felicia and Hugo permission to go with you on your bus routes after school. Is that okay?"
"Okay! That'll be good, Gregory-san."
"Okay, it is decided. Also, there is a classroom that has been reserved for your teaching. It is located on the second floor next to the school library. It had a sign that said, "3-B."
"Ah, thanks for the info, man."
And so, after that little discussion with Gregory, Russell rested with John at Gregory's place.
Gregory prepared a room for them, and the duo accepted it
The next day, after breakfast and preparing for the day, Russell showed up at the Saint Andreas Thunder Saint Academy with Gregory and John. When the trio appeared on the school grounds, many of the students and faculty staff members were stunned at his presence. Gregory explained to them the purpose of his Traveler-from-Distant-Lands friend, much to their surprise. Felicia and Hugo, who had blue hair and red eyes, were thrilled to see him, having heard of his good and heroic deeds as the Bus Driver Hero. Upon seeing the ones he will teach for the next 4 to 5 weeks, Russell was surprised but was positive and confident about them. "Hello there, you two must be Hugo and Felicia Dragomir, right?"
"Yes, we are!" Hugo replied back strongly and confidently. "I am Hugo Dragomir."
He then looked at Felicia for a bit. "And this is Felicia Dragomir, my paternal cousin."
"Nice to meet you, Bus Driver Hero," Felicia said to Russell nicely and politely.
"Okay, nice to meet you two," Russell replied back nicely.
But one student in the crowd seemed to despise him. That student was the same one whom Gregory had punished for bullying an elf student in his class. But before the class of bus driving by Russell would start, many of the academy's students and faculty staff were skeptical of his skills and abilities. Seeing that, Russell said to them, "Hey, can I take a mock entrance exam in this school? Because I wanted to prove my skills."
And so, it was granted, and he was now against one of the senior students of the academy, Alfonso Matviy. That student had lightning magic and a sword said to be made by the gods of the Zale Valleys. Some of the students and the faculty staff members left the scene, but the majority stayed to watch the mock entrance exam in the form of a duel. Preparing his sword with lightning magic, Alfonso said to Russell, "You must Russell May, right? That Bus Driver Hero of the Southern Plains, eh?"
"Yes, I am," replied Russell, back while preparing and wielding his trusty sword, which ran lightning magic in it. "Have you heard about me?"
"Yeah, and you were so awesome and radical in your methods, you know…"
"Oh…thanks."
And so, their little duel began. Alfonso lunged at Russell with his sword. Russell then dodged it with his Flash Speed and clashed with his sword, before he and Alfonso tried to push each other out. This was followed by a series of clashes and the magic attacks of lightning magic at each other as the crowd watched in awe. Some of them knew that Alfonso was quite strong but didn't expect that Russell was that strong. As Russell battled Alfonso, one of the academy professors, a social science professor named Oskar Purma, was astonished at his skills and abilities, while Gregory, who had the same faculty rank as Oskar's, was proud of his friend with good, non-bragging pride.
