Chapter 203 - Garin's Second Chance

Third person POV

Because of this, the headmaster decided to call Garin to come to his office and ask him questions related to Achan's allegations against him. At the same time, Russell was now one-third of his lessons for Hugo and Felicia, and Hugo and Felicia had been studying diligently and hard to finish this short course until the end. And so, during lunchtime, Garin was called into the headmaster's office by his homeroom teacher. Garin did so, only to see that Achan was there. Achan was concerned and upset at him simultaneously while standing next to the headmaster and Gregory. Gregory, who had found out from the headmaster about Achan's report on Garin's misbehaviors, was upset at Garin.

"What is it, sir?" Garin asked the headmaster.

"We're here because we received reports from Achan about your prejudice on Russell May."

He then showed him the papers Achan wrote for the last 8 days, before placing them back on his hardwood desk once Garin saw and read them.

Upon reading those, Garin was shocked and angry at Achan. "You little nerd…" Achan then became fully upset. "Don't blame me, Garin. You did this to yourself." Garin snapped at him and tried to attack him, but Gregory held his arms before that would happen saying, "Stop that, Garin! You did this to yourself! Stop blaming others for your crap!"

Achan remained calm and brave, while the headmaster maintained his professional behavior.

And then, after a few minutes of struggle out of selfish pride, Garin finally gave up in defeat and admitted his wrongdoings to Russell in front of everyone in the room, much to their surprise. The headmaster was a bit upset and gave him 2 choices: be suspended for 1 week or accept his second chance and make things right like apologizing to Russell. Garin was stunned at the choices the headmaster was offering to him. And so, he chose the second choice, promising to make things right again and change for the better. The headmaster, Gregory, and Achan were positive to hear that, anticipating his vows. Gregory then said thank you to Achan for reporting Garin's misdeeds and stopping his plans of mischief from manifesting.

"Yeah, thanks, sir," Achan replied back while being a bit flustered at his words.

"Yes, you are always honest, after all," Gregory replied quickly.
