Curiosity killed the cat {77}

Tenzin smiled thoughtfully as Keitaro asked him about Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva, the three Hindu gods. Tenzin stroked his beard and looked wise. He said, "These great deities of Hinduism have influenced many cultures, including Buddhism, but it's important to understand the differences between the two religions.

Hinduism is a theistic religion that worships a pantheon of gods and goddesses, with Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva forming a powerful trinity. Buddhism, on the other hand, focuses on achieving enlightenment and liberation from suffering through meditation and good deeds and does not worship a supreme being."

Tenzin explained that Buddhism acknowledges the existence of powerful beings called devas who reside in different celestial realms, but encountering them is rare and usually only happens under extraordinary circumstances. Most practitioners focus on achieving enlightenment through meditation and good deeds rather than seeking out these entities.

However, some legends speak of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas (enlightened beings) interacting with devas. These are symbolic stories that convey deeper truths about the nature of reality and enlightenment.

Tenzin concluded by saying that while the Hindu gods may exist, they wouldn't be encountered in the way Keitaro might imagine. He advised Keitaro to focus on mastering his own abilities and following the path he's chosen.

'so now, how do i make him tell me where to see Shiva..wait,i have an idea.'

Tenzin looked at Keitaro with a hint of amusement as he asked about the question of strength. "In Hinduism, each member of the great trinity has their own domain and purpose," he explained. "It's not a matter of who's 'stronger,' but rather about the balance they maintain in the universe."

However, Tenzin continued, "if you insist on a comparison, many Hindus consider Shiva to be the most powerful of the three. He is the destroyer god, but also the transformer, the one who clears the path for new creation."Keitaro's eyes widened with childlike wonder. "Shiva sounds amazing! So where does this super strong god reside? Does he have a giant golden palace or something?"

Tenzin chuckled at Keitaro's enthusiasm. "Not quite," he replied, a smile spreading across his face. "According to Hindu mythology, Shiva lives atop Mount Kailash, a sacred peak located in the Himalayas."He gestured outside the window, where the snow-capped peaks glinted in the afternoon sun. "It's not far from here, as you can see. A truly majestic mountain, shrouded in mystery and revered by Hindus and Buddhists alike."

A spark of curiosity flickered in Keitaro's eyes. Mount Kailash, right under his nose this whole time? He imagined a towering mountain, shrouded in mist, perhaps even pulsating with some kind of divine energy. The idea was both thrilling and a little intimidating."Wow," he breathed, his voice filled with awe. "To think that such a powerful god lives right here in the Himalayas... that's incredible."

Time skip.

Keitaro was seen climbing a mountain, which mountain you may ask, it was none other than Mount Kailash.....

In his defense, the view from the top of the mountain would be great.....that was the only reason he decided to climb this mountain....

He had no other reason other to just climb the mountain itself...yeah that was his reason, definetly not because there was a chance Shiva live up here.

'Master, you are a bad liar' The voice of his voice companion was heard saying in his mind.

"Plus if we dont find anything we can still enjoy the view" Keitaro said in his defense but for some reason it was as if he could feel his Kitsune companion facepalm upon hearing his plan.

Keitaro gazed at the peak of Mount Kailash with a manic grin, having forgotten the exhaustion from the climb. Instead, he felt a thrilling anticipation as he fixed his gaze on a particular point where the air seemed to crackle with an unseen energy. "There's no mistaking it," he muttered, his voice filled with excitement and apprehension. "This is it. The abode of the Destroyer himself."

Most Jujutsu sorcerers wouldn't dare to face a literal god, even a legendary one like Shiva. But the chance to do so was an opportunity that Keitaro couldn't pass up. The potential curse, a special grade, fueled by millennia of fear and reverence, promised a power boost unlike anything Keitaro had ever considered. Just thinking of the possibilities sent shivers down his spine. "Think of the techniques I could learn!" he exclaimed, his voice echoing across the desolate peak. "A special grade curse from a god? That'd be legendary!"

Akane's voice, a dry counterpoint to his enthusiasm, chimed in his mind. "You are insufferable, Master."

Keitaro chuckled, the sound tinged with nervous energy. He knew this wouldn't be an easy fight. He had climbed mountains, not trained for divine combat. His brain, while functional, wasn't exactly wired for battling gods. "Alright, alright," he conceded, rubbing the back of his neck. "Maybe 'easy fight' was a bit optimistic. But hey, at least we get to test out the Infinity Piercer, right?" He forced a note of cheer into his voice, more for his own benefit than Akane's.

A tremor shook the peak of Mount Kailash, a response to Keitaro's audacious challenge. The very air shimmered, distorting the world around him for a heartbeat before solidifying into a breathtaking tableau.

Standing before Keitaro, bathed in an ethereal blue light, was Shiva the Destroyer.  He was a figure of immense power and serenity, his skin the color of polished moonlight, adorned with ash and streaks of vibrant blue paint.  Muscles corded with unimaginable strength flowed beneath his leopard-skin pelt, each movement imbued with a primal grace.  His face, handsome and severe, held an ageless wisdom, his eyes glowing with an inner fire that mirrored the swirling galaxies they so resembled.

In his four hands, Shiva wielded an arsenal that defied mortal comprehension.  In his upper right hand, he clutched Trishula, a trident wreathed in crackling flames, its three prongs representing creation, preservation, and destruction.  His upper left hand held a fearsome drum, the Damaru, its rhythmic beat echoing the birth and death of universes.  His lower right hand grasped a fearsome axe, the Parashu, its edge capable of cleaving mountains in two.  And in his lower left hand, he held a captivating blue lotus, the Neel Kamal, a symbol of enlightenment and rebirth.

"Maybe...its not that strong" Keitaro muttered to himself and as if to answer his prayer,Shiva waved his Neel Kamal and behind Keitaro, two mountains were carved in half.

"Is it to late to realise, i fuck up" Keitaro said as he started sweating a bit....he was not built for this....
