BLAAAAARRRRRR!!!!
The lightning strike was much larger than anything Prym has ever used. It's obvious that it took him a while to prepare, considering how strong this is.
This is exactly like before.
My body was not ready, and the voltage was extremely high for my body to take.
Prym was too smart. He created this situation where it looked like he was losing, and managed to catch me off guard. It was a smart move, and I couldn't do anything about it.
The worst part about this, was that I didn't cover my body in magic energy. I took that million-volt attack straight to my body, and they definitely burned my entire organs and everything.
So the highest probability here is that I will die. Right here and now.
After the explosion, my body was thrown over thirty meters backwards from the origin. It crashed on a couple of trees before finally creating multiple craters on the ground as it bounces off the ground.
When the body stopped and landed normally on the ground, Prym stood up from his position slowly and calmly. The same evil grin was still worn in his face, followed by a small chuckle, until finally it turned into a laughter.
He has won the fight.
That lightning strike was one of his most powerful attacks. No one, not a single person, has ever survived from getting struck by that. That was one of his ace cards that he was able to use.
The result of that lightning strike creates a crater with the size of ten meters in diameter on the ground. It was truly his most powerful arsenal, and he was very glad that he was able to use it.
But thanks to that lightning strike, nearly all of his magic energy was depleted. He had to walk over to his opponent's body since he can no longer fly, now that he was almost out of energy.
By the time he arrived at the location, there were multiple trees on the ground that got destroyed. There are also multiple craters on the ground where his opponent's body bounced off multiple times.
And finally, he arrived at the biggest crater.
In the middle of the crater is a single body of a person. The brown robes were completely torn up, revealing the inner clothes, which is the full set of adventurer clothes that also looked slightly torn and cooked. The mask was destroyed during the lightning strike, showing the face of the character.
"Oh... You were a lady."
Prym sat on one knee on the side of the crater.
"That's too bad. I should have held back a little."
He chuckled in front of his opponent's body, while checking out more of her bodily features.
Once he felt enough, he stood up and turned around, leaving the crater behind. He thought that the body was just going to be eaten by a random beast, or maybe the knights from the kingdom will just find it after checking out the location.
But on his fifth step, he felt an immense pressure from behind him.
No, this isn't just normal pressure.
This is bloodlust. A very powerful one.
Before he turned around, Prym was already wearing his horrified expression. This pressure and bloodlust were so heavy, that he couldn't stand them from being this close.
Slowly, he turns around, and he regrets every decision that he has made up to this point.
.
Before the lightning hit me, I knew that I would be getting attacked by Prym's powerful magic. But even when I know what will happen, it still doesn't mean that I can do something about it.
Lightning magic is very fast. Not even my body's godlike reflexes can deal with something like that.
But my thought process can. I knew that even with putting on defensive magic energy around my body, I still wouldn't be able to protect myself completely from this lightning strike. After all, it is too powerful.
Therefore, I used my second option. Healing magic.
Casting a defensive magic energy around my body isn't constant. All it did was create a full cover shield around my body, and once it gets destroyed, I will have to recreate it to protect my body again.
If I got struck by this lightning, the chances of me going unconscious is very high. Therefore, I probably couldn't create another defensive energy even if I could.
So I used my second option, which is healing magic.
Healing magic is a constant magic. It's something that has to be used continuously to work, unlike the magic shield. Not just that, healing magic can be activated unconsciously, depending on my ability to stay conscious.
Since the chance of me going unconscious is very high, it simply means that I might lose my ability to do anything. The only thing that I can do is to rely on my healing magic to continuously heal my body while being continuously struck and cooked by the lightning strike, which I bet will not happen just once.
I didn't get the chance to clad my body in magic energy armour, but at least my body won't get destroyed from the attack thanks to my healing magic.
As a result, my body got hit by a level of voltage that not a normal human should be able to handle, and my body felt every inch of the pain.
Every bit of the pain.
Thanks to the healing magic, my body didn't get destroyed. But without any magic energy armour on my body, the damage did not get reduced at all.
As a result, I felt it. Every bit of the pain entering my entire body, I felt it completely
Every single cell in my body screamed when the surfaces on my body were shocked, burned, and healed itself, over and over again. I did lose my consciousness, but that doesn't mean I can't feel the thousand jolts within my body.
Or when I got thrown back from the explosion and had my body crash to the trees multiple times and healed… Over and over again.
Or when I slammed the ground multiple times, creating so many craters along the way... Over... And over… Again…
I felt it all. My body didn't get destroyed, but I felt it all.
How… does it feel?
It felt like dying was a gift.
It felt like everything was a mistake.
It really does.
I was playing around too much... Way too much.
Just what did I do to deserve this...?
Was I too smart? Or was I too dumb?
Was I too ignorant of other people? Or was it because I cared for them too much?
Just what exactly did I do… that I deserve something like this??
I want an answer. Exactly what have I done that I received a punishment like this?? Why is everything so unfair to me!?
I came to this world in another body. I was very weak, so I became strong as quickly as I could.
But even then, fate still toyed at me. Sending me on this dumb mission, just like whoever sent me to this world. Meeting me with the god of orcs, as well as taking my ability to use magic.
What bad thing have I done!? In this world, or the other!? Exactly what have I done that led me to deserve all this!?
Tell me… What did I do…?
I… don't know anymore…
I'm too tired... I don't want to feel anything anymore…
I...
I am done.
I am done asking.
I am done asking for reasons, I am done waiting.
I will do what I want. I do not care about the reasons anymore.
I will… move forward.
Go to hell with being a good human.
I'll kill anyone who does harm to me, human or not.
It was a pity... it sure was. I was able to hold myself back before this point. However, I could no longer hold back the devil within me.
Slowly, my body found energy.
All the magic energy inside my body multiplied, as my whole body cladded itself in red aura. The same source of the aura that the captain previously used.
Rage.
I slowly lifted my body up. All my wounds were healed in a flash, and yet my body still screams in pain.
No, it wasn't my body.
It was my soul. My soul is in pain.
I tried opening my eyes, and found that my vision had turned red.
It's this thing again… The same thing that happened to me when I was fighting Galar.
My senses… skyrocketed. I can sense every single thing around me, as well as things very further away. My eyes can see everything in slow motion, hell I don't even have to open my eyes to see. My body felt so much lighter than a feather, but I don't feel my muscles growing at all.
This feeling… it gets weirder every time I use it.
The rage… the uncontrollable rage…
It felt… good.
Right in front of me is a single blonde-haired boy that looked like he just saw a devil.
Hmm… that's right…
Devil…
A grin formed on my face, showing the fangs that had just grown within my mouth.
A single leap got me tens of meters in the air, and I turned my gaze back to the ground where Prym is at.
I know what I have to do, and I know what I want.
Prym… needs to die.
