"Fuhh~."
A gasp of smoke exited my mouth as I let out a sigh.
My butt is already feeling itchy from sitting on the railings for too long, but I just didn't care. As I stared down at those people shopping below me, a simple grin was written on my face. My hair is waving thanks to the cold evening wind, which confuses me because there wasn't supposed to be any air since this is indoors.
Then I realized, the gymnasium does have an opened ceiling up there to let the air flow freely. I guess they just didn't bother to close it or put a cover at all because of the destruction I did in the past to that same ceiling.
As I look at these people that I recognize, I begin to realize…
How time has passed.
One year has passed since the battle arena from the first semester.
And today, just marked the end of my third semester.
The battle arena event for the third semester ended just yesterday, and the student council is currently throwing a party event at the gymnasium where students can buy at the other classes' shopping stalls.
Each stall was owned by a single class, and they all sell random sellable stuff that is worth selling here, like food or magic tools that they bought in the city a few days prior to the event.
They used Jules as the main currency, since that is the currency that every kingdom has.
As the president of the student council, I'm not allowed to take part in the event. But, I did give Manda the tastiest food recipes from my world that she can make using the materials she can find in the city to sell at our class's stall.
As a result, Class A-2's stall is being insanely crowded by all kinds of students, wanting to try out the new food from another world.
It's just instant noodles… It's not even that accurate, either.
But it's a whole other world level of cheating.
My gaze turned towards my class's shop stall, and the grin on my face turned wider.
Manda and Jericho looked to be quite troubled down there, selling all those stuff along with another two of our classmates. The four of them are barely holding on to the shop stall while continuously making instant noodles.
The instant noodles aren't perfect… but for the people in this world, it's at the same level as gold.
As for me, I'm just watching from the spectators seat above the arena while grinning.
"President."
I turned my gaze to the side, and a student council member approached me.
"It's about time to close up."
"Yeah… Let's go."
I lifted my butt from the spectator spot's railings and followed the student council member back to the shopping floor below us.
A lot of things have happened since last year, but they aren't exactly that important.
I became the president of the student council, Jericho got appointed as the class president which is kind of surprising considering her personality, and Arfius became... a little weirder now that we are classmates.
He obtained a tier up into the King tier on his lightning magic somewhere around two months ago, and now his lightning magic is the same level as Prym. But Prym didn't have Knight tier wind magic and ice magic, which makes Arfius an even more powerful existence than the Prym I fought a long time ago.
He always challenged me to a battle, but every time he challenged, I always beat him. The types of battles vary from a sword fight, hand to hand combat, or even a strategic board game that he himself was very proud of.
But I beat him every time, which makes him… pretty pissed at himself.
He called me his rival and all, but he never really defeated me in any of the battles. It's been a whole year now that I have been in the same class as him, and yet he never won against me in over seventy battles.
But, never an all out fight.
Over seventy battles, but he never challenged me to an all out fight. Because, he already knew how that turned out at the first battle arena we had, and that fact will never change.
And just a few days ago when the battle arena was held, the two of us were about to have a face off at the finals of group A. But, he ended up surrendering before the battle even started, knowing that he would have to face me.
It was kind of funny to remember. He got mocked a lot by Jericho.
Pretty soon, the senior student council members will step down because they are already entering their final semester. For me however, I was already promoted to council president a few months back per request of the previous council president.
At first, I was quite sceptical about this. But the previous-previous council president, Milly, helped me walk through everything for a whole semester. As a result, I can say I am pretty knowledgeable at doing things.
After all, this whole shopping event was my idea.
I got it from my school back in my world, where every class should open their own stalls and sell their own type of items. And since it is a magic school, some of the stalls sell stuff that is related to magic.
Class A from year one (A-1) is selling a Yellow ranked magic staff that they bought from a shop in the city. They added a little bit of customization to the staff such as paints and a special glowing rock, and now it looks pretty cool.
Arfius decided to buy it just to help the juniors, but in reality he got tons of money to buy at least a hundred of those things. Plus, he is too good for that staff. He probably won't use it at all.
Oh, and Manda got a boyfriend now.
The whole story was hilarious. A boy from the first year came to her and somewhat clings heavily to her. But since he was a junior, Manda got pretty confused over what to do.
Considering her personality, what happens exactly like what anyone would think.
She left the guy hanging for a whole week until finally accepting. That was... quite painful for the guy indeed, but he did end up dating her now. And Jericho always scares him off multiple times whenever she sees Manda being poked around by the guy, and I can't say that I don't feel sympathy for the guy.
… Me?
Nope.
No love letters, nothing.
Not that I wanted them, but it's just weird to think about.
This body is… smoking hot. I would definitely do my best to marry a person with this kind of face, hair, and body.
And yet, no one was brave enough to even come close to me.
Well, I can already guess why. Because they are all afraid of me.
On second thought, having that is so much better than receiving love letters.
This body really is a beauty. If it was me, the normal me, I would definitely have a crush on this body. Now, I just hate it.
And last but not least…
For the entire year… I have been training… a lot.
Sometimes I skipped class by saying I have some council work to the teacher, but in reality I just flew to the training grounds and trained on my own. Mainly I focused on my shadow magic, because it is still very weak.
As a result, my shadow magic is now a Knight tier, only a tier lower than my fire magic and healing magic. That upgrade happened only recently, though.
I also kept on using healing magic, but it looks like tiering up to Emperor tier is much harder than tiering up to King tier. It has been a whole year, and yet I am still stuck on the King tier. I can feel it getting closer to Emperor tier which is fairly good, but it has been a whole year like that, which gets me quite confused as to what the hell am I missing.
As for my fire magic... I haven't used it at all.
Ever since my battle with Arfius at the battle arena a year ago, I haven't used my fire magic anymore. I continued to keep it in seclusion and refined its purity.
It has been a whole year since I last used fire magic. Which means… it should be any time now that the fire magic is capable of upgrading.
Soon…
I will be… so much stronger than anyone in the face of this planet…
Emperor tier fire magic… just the thought already got me drooling.
Soon… Very-very soon…
Anyway, the shopping event was closed at six (which is around 7pm on a 12-hour clock), and everyone cleared up all the way until seven, which is barely past sundown. And once the students have cleared their stalls, it's the student council's turn to clean up the area.
We picked up the shopping stalls and cleared the whole arena of trash, because it looked ridiculously filled with trash on the ground.
I mean, that much is expected…
But after seeing them now, it made our blood boil.
