Chapter 89 - Collusion

Jason was still far away, so he couldn't use Complete Appraisal from that distance. Still, to think that he would finally find slimes and that they would be causing trouble to centaurs…

"Well, this certainly isn't something you see everyday," Jason thought when he saw them fighting, the centaurs fired some arrows that were slimes, but they melted in the air when hit by acid spheres. "... Anyway, centaurs can't be humans, right? Can I even use the knowledge that I have about them?"

In Greek mythology, centaurs were said to be the offspring of Ixion, the king of the Lapiths, and Nephele, a cloud nymph created by Zeus. Some myths claim that centaurs were the children of Centaurus, a son of Apollo, and something else. Regardless of their parentage, centaurs were often depicted as wild and untamed creatures inhabiting the forests and mountains of ancient Greece.
