Truly Criminal Second Date

That was the last dream Geale had from Lapiz' memories in the week that followed. Just like it did the first time he dreamt about the past, he didn't have one again and no pondering on Geale's part could bring it back.

The man with piercings and tattoos waiting for food he had to deliver was likely Ellison McAndre. His behavior around Marnthe in the dream left a bitter taste in Geale's mouth. It didn't seem like something an ordinary co-worker would do around a colleague. The playful glint in Ellison's eyes told Geale that he wasn't just being friendly when he looked at Marnthe.

And Marnthe didn't behave like the human was simply part of the restaurant bar staff.

Geale recognized the sparkle in younger Marnthe's eyes. It was borne of excitement and adoration - strong infatuation. He remembered feeling uneasy in the dream. Lapiz herself must have felt uncomfortable at Marnthe's blooming affection for the human.

Did she confront Marnthe about it?
