News about the Sunlia Kingdom!

Princess Vanessa aka Jennifer helped out at the Esperanza Restaurant the following days. The customers were increasing day after day. The Esperanza Restaurant was regaining its splendor bit by bit. At the same time, there was someone who wasn’t taking any of this the positive way.

“ What’s this? What’s going on? Why are they a bunch of customers over at the Esperanza Restaurant?” Martin Kyung was very angered by the sudden turn of events.

He went over the nearby restaurants to understand what could have been the cause of this strange phenomenon. He was stunned to discover with stupefaction that there were nearly no customers at the restaurants.

“ What’s going on? Why are there so few customers today? Is the chef sick or something?” He entered one of the restaurants and asked one of the waiters for information.

The waiter explained the situation about the customers declining to him. Hearing his explanation, he understood what was happening. The waiters at the other restaurants narrated to him the same scenario as if being part of a script. He left the restaurants extremely angered.

( Because of those incapable chefs, my plan is gonna be ruined. I’ve gotta do something and fast. I have to find a way so that the Esperanza Restaurant will stop operating. I need a plan; a brilliant one).

Several hours later at the Esperanza Household--------------

“ Thanks for the food! It was exquisite”.

“ Have you enjoyed my cuisine so much to the point of crying?”

“ Have you cried because you’ve enjoyed what I served you, or is it because you miss something or someone? If I’m right, could what you’re missing be your family?” Mrs. Evangelina deciphered my feelings with such ease that it surprised even me.

The pigeon flew away from her window. She closed her window back down and went to lay on the bed.

A hundredth kilometers away in the distance, a pigeon was approaching at great speed, and he was heading towards a young man.

King Louis Sunlia was looking over some paperwork when the imperial secretary came in with news for him.

“ Your majesty, this has arrived for you”.

After handing the courier to the king, he dismissed himself from the king’s office. King Louis opened his courier to see what was written inside.

( They still haven’t tracked my daughter, but they’re not far into finding her. Where are you, Vanessa? Why have you left the palace? Why have you left your home and your people?)

The following morning, the Esperanza Restaurant opened its doors to the customers who invited themselves inside as soon as it opened.

“ We’re not quite open yet”. Mrs. Evangelina addressed the customers professionally.

“ It’s okay! We don’t mind waiting”.

They were served some coffee in the meantime. An hour later, some dishes were made as more customers started coming in.
