Ethan and his friends were exploring the castle grounds during their free period when they stumbled upon a mysterious and ancient-looking forest. The trees towered above them, their branches creaking in the wind, and the air was filled with an eerie silence.
"Hey, look! The Forbidden Forest!" Gabriel exclaimed, his eyes gleaming with excitement. "Let's go in!"
"I don't know, guys," Oliver hesitated. "The name 'Forbidden' doesn't exactly scream 'welcome'."
"Ah, come on! It'll be fun!" Alexander persuaded, already leading the way into the forest.
As they ventured deeper, the trees grew closer together, casting long, ominous shadows. Ethan felt a shiver run down his spine, but he didn't want to be left behind.
Suddenly, a rustling in the bushes caught their attention. Out came a magnificent centaur, its eyes gleaming with wisdom.
"Welcome, young ones," it said in a low, melodious voice. "I am Firenze. What brings you to our forest?"
Ethan explained their curiosity, and Firenze nodded thoughtfully. "Be careful, the forest holds secrets and dangers. But also, great wonders. Remember, respect the land and its creatures."
With that, Firenze vanished into the trees, leaving the boys to continue their exploration. They stumbled upon a clearing, where a group of unicorns grazed peacefully.
"Wow!" Liam breathed. "Unicorns! I've always wanted to see one up close!"
As they watched, a dark figure emerged from the shadows. "Ah-ah, I see you've found the forest's treasures," it said, its voice dripping with malice. "But do you have the courage to face its dangers?"
The boys exchanged nervous glances, unsure what lay ahead. Little did they know, their adventure in the Forbidden Forest was only just beginning...
