Since the monsters could use the wormholes to attack other worlds and the creatures in the other worlds, then it was safe to assume that their own planets could be attacked as well. Staying there to defend them is probably their best option.

Zack considered making an army as well to do the same, but in the end, he thought that it would be better to get all the XP for himself instead. Besides, staying in a single place and waiting for things to happen wasn't his style.
