Chapter 619: As If It Will Never Stop

"Don't forget that Michael also lost to Detroit three years in a row."

This was the last time Steve Kerr displayed his deeply ingrained media persona after the Warriors Team was eliminated by the Clippers.

Perhaps he did not mean to be ridiculed, but inadvertently, he achieved it.

The Los Angeles Times sarcastically criticized Kerr: "Michael Jordan's scores in the three consecutive losses to Detroit were 1-4, 2-4, and 3-4, and in the fourth year they swept Detroit. The Warriors Team, in the past three years, lost to the Clippers with scores of 1-4, 1-4, and 0-4. I am not sure whether Kerr has the basic ability to observe. Ever since Klay Thompson was traded, the Warriors Team has become less and less competitive against the Clippers."

Kerr's comments were mocked for a few days, and then the internal team began to assess his performance over the past two years.

In the summer of 2014, Kerr signed a multi-year contract with the Warriors Team.
