In front of the building where Amnitri lives, Bai Lian is squatting down on the floor as she uses both of her hands to support her head. From her expression, it was clear that she was getting bored from waiting.

Just as she was about to stand back up and start walking around, she noticed from the corner of her eyes that two familiar figures were approaching her. Bai Lian quickly stood up in excitement as she ran over to Wang Qian.

"Papa!" Bai Lian said as she jumped on Wang Qian.

"Careful there, you might fall down." Wang Qian replied as he caught her. He then placed her down and rubbed her head.

"It was very boring while waiting for us, right? Don't worry, we'll be having fun soon." Wang Qian said.

"Hehe, I'll ensure that you both will definitely be laughing throughout the trip," Amnitri added as she placed her hands on her hips.
