As he made his way to the local market closest to him, a speeding car crashed onto him. Just as the boy thought that he was going to die, he opened his eyes as he appeared in another world. 

Just as he was wondering where he was, a mechanical voice sounded in his mind as a screen appeared in front of him.

As the star shone brightly in the vast space, lighting up the view for those there to appreciate them, Wang Qian and Bai Lian were both floating alone as they looked around with cautious eyes, checking for any danger before sighing in relief.

"Okay, I'm going to leave now and you're going to stay here. But don't worry, I'll put as many protective measures as possible around here so that you'll be safe. Is that good, Bai Lian?" Wang Qian asked as he lowered himself to the same level as the girl and stared into her eyes.

Nodding obediently while trying to hide her worries and nervousness, Bai Lian maintained her thin, brave look as she stared back at Wang Qian with her pair of determined eyes.
