Patch 5.2

Gabriel pov

The second day.

There wasn't much I could do but wait. Against the overwhelming numbers, no matter how weak they were, I wouldn't be able to push through.

Which meant I would have to wait for an opportunity. Something that wasn't going to come easily or quickly.

Unless of course I was able to both identify the leaders and isolate them. I was sure of my ability to run away. That was a given, but I needed more than that.

Which was why I chose to wait. To observe the situation as best as I could before making any rash decision.

I stood atop the wall, watching the movement of people and eating a small meal. You know, there was this little phenomenon that many people - like me - could take advantage of.

A snort left my mouth.

No one ever bothers to look up. Even if they are expecting enemies, which they aren't, they still barely ever look up.
