Su Yunjin appraised Zuixiang Restaurant; the lot where the Oil Shop was located next to it now belonged to her and Gu Ya as well.
Even though Zuixiang Restaurant had a small facade, the Oil Shop next door boasted a larger one—almost double the size of theirs. If the Oil Shop was included, the place would be even more expansive.
In town, a simple distillery wasn't very marketable; however, a tavern was a different story altogether. Since the space was now quite ample, combining the Oil Shop and the distillery to build a tavern would make sense. Constructing a three-story tavern in that location, which although not the most bustling market, was still quite central, would surely fetch a good price if sold.
Moreover, it was much easier to sell a tavern than a distillery.
After weighing all factors, Su Yunjin ultimately decided to build a tavern on this site. Once the tavern was built, they would sell it. At the very least, they could make a tidy sum.
