Chapter 628: The Natural Devil_2

In theory, the number of the undead would continually expand until they filled this fetid plain, and then Amberser only had to adjust the spatial channel on the Blood River Battlefield to turn this rotting grassland into a new battlefield, effectively blocking the demonic assault, and as the newly minted Archduke of the Devils, his test would be considered complete.

But it was never that simple.

Amberser was not awaiting such a perfunctory war game. Aside from deploying an Eye Demon attack, the demons that followed were nothing but cannon fodder, with scarcely any high-level demons in sight.

Those Demon Lords, although mad, were not idiots; they were surely concocting something.

And then there was Hircine, the Prince of Lies. Amberser had been dangling the bait for so long with no response.

Regardless of whether the bait was taken or not, there should be some indication.

"Did Hircine just chicken out?"

Amberser sighed, then prepared to print money.
