I opened my eyes and looked around. At first, everything appeared blurry but it became clear after some minutes.

I tried using my hands to rub my eyes, when I noticed I had been tied to a tree.

What's happening? Where the heck was I?

My neck prevented me from having a better view of the place I was, I was only limited to view the tree opposite me.

My hair was scattered on my face and when I tried flipping it backwards, I hit my head so hard on the tree.

That hit made me remember how I got here, starting from how I sneaked out of the pack house with Ell, how we got to the special place, how he excused himself and I how he hit me with a stick.

My eyes widened immediately, it dawned on me that I had been fooled by Ell, I had been fooled by his innocence.

I am so dumb and stubborn, I should have listened to my Kyre, she had a bad feeling about Ell and warned me severally but I stupidly ignored her.
