Author's POV….

Lucas led Scarlett  into an empty room located underground, even Scarlett  didn't know such rooms existed until now.

"You have to stay in here till the war is over, you have to listen to me this time, don't one out for any reason even if you hear I or Alpha Axel's voice. If it's any of us, we would be the one to open the door ourselves so please don't fall for any cheap trick. Just stay inside here without making a noise." Lucas warned and gently pushed Scarlett  in.

He shut the door and began locking it,

"Lucas! You should give me the keys in case there's a need to run out and you know it's possible for Bryton to trace my scent?" Scarlett  reminded him in a fearful voice.

"Alpha Axel already took care of that, you don't need to worry about anything. I plead with you not to even attempt coming out, please" Lucas pleaded and Scarlett  kept mute.

"I have to go now," he informed me and rushed off immediately.
