Innocence

An hour after killing the remaining cultivators, Clifford took care of the last two who were trying to help their people in the back before continuing his slaughter. Soon enough, Clifford finished his side, leaving it a hell on earth with all the buildings set on fire. Suddenly, Clifford felt the earth below him shake violently, his intuition warning him that something bad was about to happen.

Mobilizing his wind element, Clifford flew high, distancing himself from where he stood, knowing it would be something that could hurt him. Otherwise, it wouldn't have triggered his intuition. Looking down, Clifford saw the ground shaking repeatedly as if an earthquake was happening. Suddenly, the surface cracked, and a strange humanoid creature shot into the sky, followed by Uruzgain, who stepped out seemingly relaxed.
