Chapter 400: Closing Eyes

Qin Youbei couldn't figure it out.

Gu Xiao released her, lay down on the bed, stretched out his hand, and pulled her along to rest on his arm while she fell asleep.

Outside, it was eerily quiet, with only the occasional sound of waves slapping against the hull, gently swaying with the wind.

Both lying on their sides face to face, they were very close, their eyelashes nearly fighting with each other. Qin Youbei wanted to move backward but was held in place by Gu Xiao's hand.

He gently kissed Qin Youbei's forehead.

His kiss was very light and soft. Qin Youbei's eyelashes fluttered, and she slowly opened her eyes.

Gu Xiao pinched her cheek, "Can't you close your eyes?"
