Chapter 119: Shouldn't Suffer Losses

```
It was half-past eleven at night.
Li Fengchang turned off the computer and, almost out of habit, reached for his glass, intending to go downstairs for some water.
But, just as he rose from his seat, he seemed to recall something and stopped in his tracks.
He put down the glass, stepped into the walk-in closet, took some clean clothes, and entered the bathroom.
By the time he came out, it was almost midnight.
Devoid of any hints of sleepiness, he tossed and turned a few times, then threw off the covers and got out of bed.
He picked up the glass from the desk and, once again, went downstairs.
With the wall lamps dimly lit, he descended the stairs, glanced at the empty sofa, and looked back at the tightly closed door of that room, feeling an indistinct sense of frustration welling up inside him.
He stepped into the kitchen, poured himself a glass of water, and stood in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, gazing out at the profound night sky.
