【76】All the food is dim sum

Ya Shitian carried Ye Anqi along the cobblestone road, a bodyguard following behind with a large black umbrella held high.

Ye Anqi was arguing with him all the way.

Unnoticed, they had returned to the central castle.

As soon as they entered the living room, several servants immediately gathered around—

Ya Shitian gave a faint command, "Prepare some hot milk and some snacks."

"Yes, Young Master." A maid took the order and left.

Another maid came with a pair of men's slippers and knelt down before him.

"Young Master, your shoes are wet; let me change them for you."

"No need." Ya Shitian went around her and headed upstairs.

Back in the bedroom, he laid Ye Anqi's body on the bed.

Ye Anqi looked down at his shoes; his leather shoes were soaked through, and even his straight trousers were stained with a good deal of rain.

Yet, there wasn't a drop on her own body.

Ya Shitian pulled over the blanket to cover her body, just as the maid came in with the food.
