Pregnant Wish

Chapter Three:

"And you're still not pregnant?"

As I already thought, she would really say it.

"Well, I'm not like you," I sarcastically answered back.

"Oh, really! Well, that only proves that my husband isn't 'gay' or 'impotent' other than…" she intentionally paused and I already knew what she was trying to point out.

I'm mad and wanted to hit her, if only she isn't pregnant but I try so hard to calm myself. I silently take a deep breath before giving her a very sweet, sweet smile that I knew she would really hate.

"Then, I congratulate you for that." I answered. "Anyway, since that your dear husband was just at the 'fifth' place in the Sky City. While my husband was at the 'first' place, the workload that my 'dear husband' had, are lots rather than your husband. That is why he has more time spending with you into your bed rather than to his office." I stated and I gladly saw her face turned red but I know she will keep her composure.

"Well!" she takes a deep breath, trying to compose herself not to get angry towards me. "At least, my nights were full of romance and his 'thing' always hard and warm around me." She said as if mocking me in silence and even though I wanted to answer back, I choose not since that my parents were already approaching us.

"Dear Thea," it was my mom who called out on her that saves my day.

"Oh, Uncle, Untie!" she immediately greeted and kissed them. "Happy Anniversary, Uncle, Untie!"

"Thank you, Thea." They both answered back while I keep myself quiet and let them talk while I listen.

"Is that your second child?" my mom asked excitedly.

"Yes, Untie." She answered with full of proud while stroking its small but bulk belly.

"Oh, I'm so happy for you and for your husband."

"Thank you Untie."

"By the way, where's Al?" my mom asked her and I got a bit interested to hear what will she answer since that one of my cousins already told me that Thea came alone for the very first time.

So it seems that the rumors might be true… I silently tell myself while I keep listening.

"Oh, about that, he cannot go for today. He had an overseas client to attend to and it was very important that he cannot just leave it behind. But he already gave me his regards for your anniversary."

"Oh, that's nice of him." My mom said. "Anyway, why don't you take a sit, it will be best for you and for your baby."

"Oh, alright!" then she suddenly turned towards me. "My dear cousin, thank you for your time and I hope soon, I'll see you finally pregnant." She said before leaving them with a mocking face.

Oh! I really hate that bitch! I wanted to exclaim but I cannot.

"How I wish her words will come true."

I heard my mom said but… if only…
