Prologue

Irene Miller is a 24 year old house wife. she is married to Damien Callum who is 32 years old for 4 years. Irene and her husband live with her husband's family.

Damien is a cold and aloof man. He rarely ever comes home, unless something important is happening in the family. He has no time or love for his wife Irene and sees her as a liability. Irene was chosen to be his wife by his late grandfather because she saved his grandfather's life when he had a stroke.

Damien and his family all see Irene as a nobody and the lowest of them all. she's hated by her husbands parents and siblings, even his friends despise her.

They see her as a gold digger who is out for Damien's money and wealth. Damien's family are the owners of Callum corporation, the biggest company in Chanea.

Irene has a secret she's been hiding, and she would like to keep the secret forever if possible.
