He approached the monster and gestured his both hands towards the monster.

The Snookum immediately pounced on him and bit his nose.

Vaughn fell down as he grabbed the Snookum.

"GET IT OFF! GET IT OFF ME! IT HURTS!"

I just sighed and threw my dagger at the Snookum. In one slash, the body fell down but the head is still clinging on Vaughn's nose.
