As a result, several fishermen had been drowned during the fights and it came to the attention of the governments of both dynasties.</p>

<p>After a few letters were exchanged between the Emperors of both dynasties,they agreed to meet physically to discuss the issue. Emperor Gu Cheng Yi of the Northern Border Dragon Dynasty loved travelling and exploring new places so he found going to the Southern Dynasty for the negotiation a great opportunity for him to explore. The last time he went to the Southern Dynasty he was still a prince and now he was a forty year old Emperor,so he felt like it had been ages since he went to the South. </p>
