The Southern Dynasty Imperial palace had been surrounded by Imperial guards,both inside and outside of the compound. Wen Mingye wouldn't sneak out and detention also involved Xue Yao. He had no means to communicate with Mizi Yue. Wen Mingye had already accepted his fate and decided to get married.

"Mizi Yue was right. We should have broken up earlier otherwise I wouldn't end up marrying so soon,"Wen Mingye admitted regrettably.
