Well!

So the summary of the goes on like:
The world has many humans, but there are some humans who gain mysterious ability against human nature. They are known as Ability Users. They are not accepted by human, feared and are discriminated against.

We follow the story of a normal guy who is one of the Ability Users.
Arthur, as a kid, he feared by all the other children of his age. He was given the name of the monster, freak, and everything because he was always different from other kids and seemed to change his personality completely. His ability seems to be an odd one so noone ever found out about him being and Ability User. 
Because of that, he was alone most of the time not accepted anywhere, living a boring life which fell apart soon. 

One day a mysterious girl who had weird powers crashes through his window. 
Once again he became a monster in order to save that mysterious girl. 
Her name was 7.
(7 was in an organization full of Ability Users fighting against the government.) 
She was the first person to still smile at him after seeing his monstrous side of him without fear. And so he fell for her at first sight.

Arthur 7

"Hmm, a stray. What a cutie, are you sure he's not your boyfriend? Such sadness but you've finally found your happiness so I forgive you for that. Are you really sure he's not your boyfriend, he's totally your boyfriend.", Niko speaks nonstop.

"So this here is Niko, he likes to talk a lot as you can see.", 7 completely ignores him.

"Nana-chan how mean.", Niko whining.

"Hello there you can call me Niko-chan. Did you already met Tsuki?", Niko tells Arthur.

"Right, about that. She suddenly fainted right after she started to check. She looked pretty serious. I hope she'sfine.", 7 tells Niko.

"I'll see what I can do. Why don't you give him a tour of this place.", Niko tells 7.

[While 7 was giving Arthur a tour she told him some details of the organization, Arthur found out that this was not a superhero organization you see in movies. It was quite the opposite.

It was an organization whose goal was to fight against the government and remove the discrimination against Ability Users. Like super villains.

They also help strays and neutralize those who lose control. Strays were Ability Users who are clueless about the Ability Users.

There were also many other organizations except this one. The only reason this organization had a small number was because Niko-chan didn't usually accept Ability Users and the strays found are sent to other organizations which was also the reason. There were only about 50 members.

Also, Niko-chan was a big figure even outside the organization. Basically, he was super rich]

"So will I be sent to another organization too?", asks Arthur.

"Well it's not up to me to decide. But it would be nice if you could stay.", says 7.

"Are you wondering why there are so many empty rooms here", 7 says.

"Well, the members of the organization were supposed to stay here but they don't", 7 says with an annoyed face.

"Yes, I never really cared about luxuries and all those things."

Arthur looks at her and asks, "Can I stay here too?"

"Hmm, well if you become a member then you can. All the members are free to stay here after all."

*In the medical room Tsuki wakes up*

"Oh Tsuki you're awake, How do you feel?", Lucy says.

"I'm fine. More importantly, can you call Niko as fast as you can", Tsuki looks pale.

Tsuki looks at her with a serious face and says, "Please"

"I understand, I'll be back quickly", Lucy goes out.

"Niko-chan! Tsuki-chan, she's calling for you. I think it's important.", Lucy pants, breathing hard, tired from running."

"Rest here, I'll go talk to her", Nico goes to the medical room.

"So, what is it that?", Nico says.

"It's that stray, Arthur, he might be dangerous.", she says with a worried face.

"Got it I'll contact the $@##", Niko says as he lefts the room.
