Dia vs Sword Oni

Pov Rimuru,

My fight with Sword Oni was quite difficult, even though I promised him I would kill him for destroying my maid outfit. Beating him just by using a katana is very challenging.

If I continue to take blows, I won't be worthy to be a maid.

Rimuru: "Stop moving and let me take revenge."

Sword Oni:" Are you stupid or what? You really think I'm gonna let you hurt me. I am the strongest being on this earth, no one can beat me and it will not be today. You are weak. You're as useless to your master as you are in this world. So now die you bitch."

Even if his words are very hard to take, he is not wrong. How could I be useful to Dia-sama if I do not know how to do that?

Suddenly, I felt a murderous intention so strong that I had chills.

I shifted my gaze from Sword Oni to see where it came from, and in reality, it was Dia-sama who released this intention. Having directly understood what she was about to do, I immediately distanced myself.

Dia:" I GONNA KILL YOU."

After Sword Oni heard this, he managed to dodge this instinctive homemaker shot.

Sword Oni: "Phew, it didn't go far. I thought you weren't going to interfere in our duel. And also, what is this sword? Is she just here to make up for your size?"

Dia: "This sword is here to shut your big mouth."

Sword Oni: "Try as you may, no matter what you do, you won't beat me. I'm a chosen one, a supreme being. I don't know defeat."

In one movement, Dia-sama found herself again just a breath away from him. Sensing danger, he began to dodge her attack again.

Dia: "Well, I thought you were the chosen one, and yet you dodge when things get tough?"

His sentence was so filled with mockery that if I were his opponent, I would feel humiliated.

Sword Oni: "Fuck you. If your sword weren't that big, I promise you I'd have killed you already."

Dia: "Do you really think I'm gonna play with you? I'm not gonna waste my time with someone who dares to humiliate my maid. Now, die."

Dia-sama prepared for a vertical attack. Sword Oni, feeling that he could not dodge, decided to block with his sword and deflect the attack afterwards.

But this technique will not work; he will die.

Even though I resented him a lot for what he said to me and his humiliation towards me, I didn't want him to die.

Rimuru: "Wait, Dia-sama, do not kill him."

Having apparently heard my request, Dia-sama unfortunately could not stop the blow, but she could try to create distance so that this technique was not fatal.

The result was that I avoided receiving a blow to vital areas.

Dia-sama's Imperial Claymore broke Sword Oni's katana as they collided. One could see Sword Oni's eyes widening, understanding that he had lost.

The technique allowed her to continue her path, making only a superficial cut on his torso.

The whole environment was calm after this assault. Some seconds after, Sword Oni collapsed on the ground, Dia-sama had won, even if I had no doubt.

Sera: "Is he dead?"

Dia: "It depends on his will. The attack is not fatal and can be cured or ignored, but it takes a bit of willpower; otherwise, he will die. It shouldn't be difficult for him because he thinks he's invincible."

Rimuru: "But before losing consciousness, he learned the truth. Maybe he will no longer have the strength to live."

Dia: "I don't care. If he's not even capable of mustering the will to survive, then he deserved to die."

She said it with such an impassive look that I wondered if she was still the same person I knew.
