Chapter 89: The Gamer Versus The Dancer

Fuck, where the hell is Thomas Merik? They skipped their fight because he said he will be going somewhere.

"And the next fighter iiiiiIIIIISSSSS!, Tina Feliiiiizzzz"

Tina came to the middle, she started dancing.

"Oh, it's you again Arinet, long time no see!" She said to me, joyfully

"Yeah, good to see you too" I replied

Tina is a classmate in elementary, moved to another school, then came back again in highschool. I was even surprised to see her name as my opponent.

"No holding back to girls okay! I can handle it!"

I went to my fighting stance, she remained dancing. The referee went between us, and raised his hand.

"3!.... 2!.....1!....Fight!"

Woah! She moved fast in front of me, raised her right leg and kicked in fast speed in front of my face! I slapped her right leg away. She suddenly raised her other leg and kicked me in the face.

Can I fight back with my martial art? If not, then let's go to a bad fighter mode, fighters that have unpredictable moves. I moved closer to try to grab her.

*Swoosh swish*

She jumped up and kicked my face, then did a backflip. Yep, I am never going to land a hit with her moves. You know what, I'll try a move. I activated Mini-Game, a blue circle came out of me, to the ground, it expanded, it reached Tina, it expanded more, it reached the spectators, making a very very big dome.

Tina is looking around with confusion, including the spectators. We can only see dark-blue around us, old-western buildings started to emerge around us, then the environment changed to old-western style.

Aaah, I know this Mini-Game, Quick Draw. My clothes changed into a cowboy outfit, including Tina and the spectators. Tina and the spectators are in amazement.

"Where are we?" Tina asked

"We are in my Mini-Game Realm, what does it do? Well, like a Mini-Game where we play a little game. The game we are playing is Quick-Draw like you know, that cowboy thingy" I replied

"Oh I see, I understand. Sounds fun"

"Oh right, reminder, if we are inside in my Mini-Game Realm, none of us can use our ability. It won't work, understand?"

"Understood"

"Or right, there is a catch, whoever win the Mini-Game will get a reward"

"Wow, okay then, I will not hold back"

"So, ready?"

A timer came out of nowhere above us.

"Get ready in 5!"

Tina and I went to our stance, getting ready to pull up our gun. Both of us walked in circles.

Our finger is wiggling, stretching out finger.

Both of our eyes locked to each other, with fierce eyes and a smile. She really looks like she is enjoying it.

"2!"

There is no way she will win, she isn't a gamer right? And of course I will win, I encountered this Mini-Game many times now.

"Ow!" Tina growled in pain, touching her head

"Arinet wins!"

The buildings and surroundings disappeared, our clothes coming back. My dark-blue Realm withdraw back to me, our fighting ground came into view again.

"Aaaw, I lost" Tina muttered

A floating red gift box poofed on my face. I took the gift with my hands.

"Let's see what gift did you get" Tina said

I opened the box and looked inside. I took it out, it is a Power-Up Bubble with a green question mark inside.

"What is that?" Tina asked

"A Power-Up Bubble, my reward from the Mini-Game" I replied

"What does it do?"

"It gave you power up like strength, defence, probably fight or whatever"

"Well... It sounded cool but is there like a rewards instead of those?"

"Hmph, of course, you can get a teddy bear, a plushie, a golden watch, or food, anything, it's randomized!"

"Wow, now that's what I want to hear. But how can you make it to make those as a reward?"

"Uh uh uh, no. I won't work during a fight, it only works when not during a fight. I can activate it with only myself to play Mini-Game and get those kinds of rewards"

"Wow! Your ability is so cool!"

"But there is a big downside, it has a cooldown of 14 days"

"Mmmm, that is actually pretty long but, still cool. Oh wait, right, we are in a fight"

She went to her stance.

The red box disappeared with a poof. I raised the Power-Up to my face and swallowed it.

"How does it taste?" Tina asked

"I'm not sure why and it doesn't make sense, it tastes strawberry sweet" I replied

Okay, what did I get........ OH, OH MY, HOLY SHIIIIT. AN IMMUNITY FOR 15 SECONDS!

"What did you get?" Tina asked

"I am not telling you" I replied and started running towards her

"Ooohhh, you're no fun"

I raised my arm, Tina raised her leg.

He kicked me on the face, I didn't feel any pain. My head didn't budge, I felt like a heavy unmovable rock. Tina noticed, her eyes widened. I punched her thigh with my right arm.

"Eeeek!" She screamed in pain

2 more hits to go. I raised my left arm and hit her stomach. I moved my right arm and hit her on the side of her chest.

*Pop*

A Power-Up Bubble popped to the side of her chest I hit. I grabbed it and swallowed it then back away from her.

Let's see, I got a 30 percent attack Power-Up.

"What was that!?" Tina asked

"What was what?"

"The circle thing you just swallowed!"

"Oh, it's a Power-Up Bubble, I get it when-"

"A Power-Up Bubble and it came out of me! Did I give birth to a Power-Up Bubble!?"

"Does that mean I am no longer a virgin!?"

A tiny tear started to come out of her eyes.

She ran up to me, grabbed my clothes and looked at me in the eye, crying.

She started shaking me

She raised her hand and slapped me hard on the face. I did not budge since my immunity is still here.

"You pervert! You pervert! You pervert!" She repeatedly shouted, slapping me

"I was about to say it is part of my ability okay so don't worry, it isn't related to virginity"

My immunity has gone off, there is an incoming hand of Tina.... Oh shit.

She slapped me on the face. The slap was so hard and strong, she made me fly away. I landed hard on the ground. The slap was so painful, it felt like a strong splash of water when you jumped on the water, flatly. I stood up and looked at Tina.

She is releasing out a scary dark aura all over her body. Damn, she won't hear me out.

Woah, she in front of me in a blur. She kicked me below my chin, making me fly upwards.

Huh!? How!? She just went beside me in the air, moving a blur. She kicked me on the stomach downwards, making me land on the dirt ground with a hard thud.

She tried to stomp me, I dodged it on time. I punched her leg. I grabbed her leg and pulled her leg as hard as I could.

A Power-Up Bubble just popped out of nowhere in front of my face. Oh right, every 45 seconds, I will get a free Power-Up Bubble. I swallowed it.

A Power-Up Bubble popped out of her stomach.

"Aaaahh! I have birth again!"

"It is not birth! It's a Power-Up Bubble! A part of my ability! Every time I hit my opponent, a Power-Up Bubble will pop out of the body of my opponent!"

Damn, and why did she even moan. I am not going to say how many I hit my opponent until I get a Power-Up Bubble out of them. I grabbed the Power-Up Bubble and swallowed it.

"Don't eat my baby!" She yelled with tears flying out

"Oh my, tsk, jeez, how many times do I have to tell you!" I shouted

She kicked my face, heh, her damage to me felt a little painful because of my 30 percent defence. I rolled to the right to get away from her and stood up. Okay, what power up did I get after eating the Power-Up Bubble?... A 30 percent defence again! Well I mean, 60 defence in total and resets the duration back to 30 seconds.

But what kind of power-up are these!? I want Shadow Shroud and Shadow Duplicate! They are so addicting and satisfying to use! Tina stood up.

*swoosh swoosh*

Woah, wait, what was that? Something, some kind of dark thing followed her movement! She moved her body.

There it is again, it's like a shadow, following her movement, no, 2 shadows. She started dancing, the 2 shadows mimicked her movements. It is very familiar, familiar from a game. She took off her hairband, her hair went longer, going down..... Her face became familiar... Wait a minute.... Is she...

"TIIIIIIIIINNNAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!" Someone shouted from my group, a familiar voice

I looked back at my group..... It is..... Mateo.

"What's your favorite character in Vere Fighters?"

"That would be Tina, the hot chick one"

"TIIIIIIIIINNNAAAAAAA!!!!! MY IDOOOOOOOL!" Mateo shouted again

Riiiiiiight, Mateo's fighter from Vere Fighters is Tina. But why does my opponent Tina, a childhood classmate, look like the Tina Fighters from Vere Fighters. Mateo tried to come out of the crowds, people from the crowd stopped him. Tears coming out of his eye.

"TIIIIIIIIINNNAAAAAAA!!!!! MAY I HAVE A PHOTOGRAPH!? OR A SIGN!? OR A PICTURE!?"

"Who is that guy?" Tina asked

She moved her hand and raised her thumb pointing at Mateo, her shadow thingy mimicked.

"Oh, it's a friend, Mateo. There is a girl in a fighting game named Tina, his favourite fighter. And somehow..... You looked just like her" I replied

"Oh, you mean, Vere Fighters?"

I nodded

"Oh, yes, I acted for her, they got her model from me, she is my voice actor, and a lot more, everything from her. They just found me on the streets and the crew of Vere Fighters asked me to be their model and voice actor"

"That explains it"

"And isn't that Heart-Eyed Cosplayer?" Tina asked

"Yep he is" I replied

"I am going to take a picture with him later after this fight. He is also my idol and I am a big fan of him after all"

"TIIIIIIIIINNNAAAAAAA!!!!!" Mateo shouted

"Hmph, don't worry my fellow big fan. I will give you anything you want after this fight" Tina replied
