The Monster Monarch System

As Rem unleashed his Convergence, Zarchary who had been hit by a couple of convergences up until this point hadn't felt something similar to this – the power he felt in this single strike was something he couldn't compare to the others, the gap in strength was simply insane to think about.

Zarchary soared out of the lightning, his back crashing against the wall of the barrier, a small sizzling spark erupting upon collision. Magical energy surged around the spot where his back was lodged in, the auto-mechanism for the barrier.

Reality restored around Rem and he was still poised in a combat stance, one that challenged the Demon to step up and match him – the crimson eyes of the Apprentice shone and for the first time in a long while, Zarchary began to feel true fear bubbling up within him.
