Turned

Sam lay in the floor growling and struggling with the force inside of him.

"Oh no! This can't be. Sam? Hold still!" I said aloud taking three steps backwards but it seemed as though my words fell on deaf ears.

"How the hell?" I said aloud still very much cautious of the man in front of me who was struggling so much not to give in to the pressure he felt inside of him.

I looked outside the house through the window, that was when I saw that the moon was out and shining brightly even though it wasn't at its fullest.

Slowly, Sam's eyes started to turn, glittering rays of sunlight as he continued to struggle with the demands of his bone to crack and shift.
