Lucius was rooted to the spot his eyes fixated on his hands. It took him three years of solitude, resentment, and backtracking to truly perfect his hand of God's ability.

Under the guidance of President White and Lei Fei, he focused on the part of the Hand of God, which everyone assumed was the most important, the ability to consume energy of all forms.

Only three years ago did he remember the most basic and reliable form of the Hand of God ability, which kept him safe while he was still a student.

Matter Absorption.

Back then he believed it was only limited to defensive use until he studied and experimented on it more. If the energy absorption part of the ability could improve then the matter absorption side could improve as well.
