Why I Became A Villian

Lucius's finger drew the image of the Ankh, creating a palm-sized version buzzing with immense power. Like a beam, the ankh shot forward and Cherry quickly drifted to the left.

Cherry's frown deepened, his gaze fixated on the scorched part of his cherry petal kimono. If he had moved a tad bit later, his entire body would have been blown away.

"Compressed lethal power equivalent to that of special authority rated guardians…." Cherry frowned as he realized something important.

With this kind of power, Akhem could have dealt with the government forces alone but put up a struggling image to get civilians killed and worsen the situation. He sacrificed the lives of hundreds to achieve his goal, just like Lucius sacrificed everyone he came around just to reach the Big Four.
