"Calm down!" 

One of the many soldiers in the place was doing his absolute best trying to keep his voice from rising while also pumping out its restrictive factor to its limit. 

"We are all to stand down and wait, you are not an exception!"

It wasn't all that long since the message to wait came from the radio and spread like a plague through all the smaller and bigger groups that people from the modern world formed within the crowd. And one by one, the soldiers of those groups were starting to feel the pressure. 

For them, following the order was the most natural thing. They went through enough in their life as military veterans to realize that the word of their commander, even if they couldn't understand it, often aimed for the generally best outcome.
