Navigating the maze of a noble conversation

"What in heaven's mercy is going on here?"

A cold sweat ran down Leo's back. 

'What the hell is he doing here?'

This one question instantly popped out in his mind… But it was merely one of the many questions, no, troubles, that the presence of this particular person invited. 

Regardless of how much shock Leo was in, though, he couldn't afford to just stand still and stare at the man while doing nothing. 

"Your Highness," Leo called out while reaching out to gently tap Bruno on his shoulder, stopping the man from bowing down himself. "It's an honor and great joy to meet you in person, my prince."

Holding nothing back, Leo performed a full, formal bow, falling down on one knee and lowering his head in the direction of the prince, not daring to even take a step forward to come close enough for the prince to actually take proper notice of him.
