~Kendra’s POV~
She reluctantly extended her hand to shake hands with the CEO.
"I can relate and comprehend how you are feeling. The inability to predict many unfortunate events is one of the unfortunate circumstances that are beyond human power. However, we can probably predict due to past experience. This is a bit new to us because we have never recorded anything like this since we started operating this warehouse eighteen years ago.”
"My only wish is that you could resolve this as quickly as possible. The bag is worth a fortune and I do not want to deal with the hassle of ordering it online and having it delivered again.” Kendra expressed her feelings after hearing the CEO speak, then she discreetly sat on the chair that the attendant had given her.
“Would you mind, ma'am, having some water?” The CEO asked.
She sighed, nodding affirmatively, letting her back drop, and taking a deep breath.
