The Eye

After doing that, Shawn proceeded to pour the carrots into the pot and waited for a few minutes.

They had set the timer before they removed the pot and placed what they had cooked in another pot to prepare the noodles.

Before he knew it, they were done with cooking and turned off the cooker while simultaneously cleaning the kitchen before taking out the plates now filled with food to the dining table.

"Tada, bon appetit" Shawn said.

"Chicken soup and noodles. yum" said Stacy who picked up a fork, eager to dig in.

Then the sound of a car horn intruded their ears.

"It seems your father is back in time for dinner. Shawn you can't hurry and open the gate" Emily said with an ecstatic look on her face.

"Alright mum,” Shawn wiped his hands with the napkin and opened the door before going outside to open the gates for his father.

As soon as his father had driven in and parked the car within the compound, Shawn helped him with bringing his luggage.

"I smell something nice here," Nick jested as he opened the door and his nose was hit with the aroma of food.

"It's Shawn's turn to cook today," Emily, who was now in front of the door.

"Oh really, I bet I'm going to love it" Nick smiled and the trio walked back into the dining room.

Still in his corporate wear, Nick removed his suit and immediately sat on a chair while removing his suit before digging in.

"He had a little help from me," Lucas said with a proud smile while holding his head up.

"This is delicious!" Nick remarked.

"Better than Shawn's previous cooking," Emily giggled.

"Mom!" Shawn yelled.

"What? Do you want to be reminded of how much salt you added to the rice at that time?" Emily's smile widened while her eyes conveyed seriousness.

"And don't forget the time that we were presented with black golden pancakes" Nick joined in the teasing.

"And I haven't forgotten about the extremely spicy pasta. My poor tongue almost got burned from eating it" said Lucas.

"You guys are ganging up on me because my cooking is so delicious and it's not fair," Shawn harrumphed at this while pouting.

After having a lovely meal with his parents Shawn went up to his room to have a good night's rest. He had been getting tired lately so it wasn't easy for him to not get sleepy once he got on the bed.

Like that, he slept off and opened his eyes only to hear a notification informing him that he would soon find himself in another world of his own, creator sim.

*Logging* creator into the world*

Upon entering, Shawn decided to continue the work which he didn't finish during his short nap.

"I have to complete it," he told himself.

While doing what he does, he was also thinking about the quest that demanded him to actually perform a specific action. A thought then flew into his mind, "Can I create a holiday?"

*Ding* Yes*

"I want to declare every first day of every three months in a year, a day called New Quarter Festival"

*What does the festival consist of?*

"It causes the individuals in the world to have a bit of buff and more strength in their bodies than during the normal days of the three months.

It also involves the change in constitution of power for the energies for babies or NewBorns who are brought into the world to be a bit more powerful than their peers. The change is different for every first day in three months.

During the first New Quarter festival, the babies born are expected to have the ability to thaw the lands or bring in a bit of heat.

The second new quarter festival allows the babies born to be more inclined towards water generated skills and have the ability to cause precipitation.

The third new quarter festival brings babies born on that day to have the ability to make the land dryer than it initially looks like.

The last new quarter festival brings babies born on that day to bring cold into the environment they live in.

So that way the babies born would have either the thaw ability which is to melt and heat or the precipitation ability which would cause them to generate water to cool the environment or they would have the dry ability which would evaporate every ounce of water from the area around them which is the opposite of the precipitation ability.

And the last is the frost ability which should be very common, one can make an area under them to have extreme cold or weather and make the land to freeze up. Note that these abilities can be used at will, controlled and empowered as the individual ages and uses it more.

*Ding* Congratulations you have completed the act of placing an event in your world *

"You have received the reward of 1,000 CP"

"Alright then"

"Time to finish the plan that I should have finished long ago" he said as he began to continue his job in the west of the world.

He continued to work on the western islands by raising the land level using the power called raise. Raise was in the power tabs and depicted with a ^

Using raise he could increase the level of anything that he touched be it water or land. After using it to shape the new continent he decided to do something that should have been done earlier.

He looked towards the silver white wolf that was in the white room and patiently sitting on the couch.

"As the ancestor of your race would you love it if I placed some of them on the western continent?" he said.

Blan replied "Anything that you wish or deem fit master. As long as they are safe and it doesn't cause their downfall or destruction"

"Alright then the Silver Grey wolf clan should be ready"

"But how master?, I am dead and I can no longer pass on your instructions"

"Don't worry I always have something up my sleeve" Shawn said with a grin before turning back to check the powers tab and citing a skill called unchosen chat.

Unchosen Chat - Allows one to communicate with one or people who are not overseer's or higher beings.

"Cool" Shawn thought before activating the power. A view of Ornio came to him and he chose the eastern plains of the northern continent.

*Choose the form you want to appear as* the system said as a long list of pictures appeared in front of Shawn.

"Time to start doing selective removal,"

A group of wolves from Blan’s clan were walking through the vast open plains looking and scouting across the plains for food to eat.

All of a sudden a floating eye appeared in the sky and a voice spoke into the minds of the wolves.

"Look up young ones"

The Wolves, not knowing where the voice came from, instinctively looked up and were met with a large eye staring right at them.

Their instincts screamed for them to run but their legs failed as fear and shock overcame them, hence they could only remain rooted in spot.

"Do I look that intimidating?” A voice spoke from the eye.

One of the wolves, unable to deal with it, fainted and fell.

Another of the wolves was so terrified that it couldn't speak but one of the wolves mustered enough courage to reply, its skin was grayish silver in color, "With all due respect, eye of the sky. Your presence is really unlike any other and it frightens our fragile hearts."

"How courageous of you," the voice from the eye spoke with a hint of happiness.

"I want you and your fellow wolves to do me a favour"

"What is this favour that you request for a great eye" the wolf lowered its head, sneakily trying to calm down.

"Tell the members of your clan to follow you. Those who do will be taken to another land where you all would be given a chance to thrive than somewhere else other than the plains"

"But if I ask, great eye. What use is this new land for?" The wolf asked.

"Your ancestor the Silver white wolf Blan has impressed me with his achievements. Naturally I wish to repay his service in making your kind a strong race"

" Great eye, How can we get the others to believe and follow us to be taken to this new land that you have talked of?" The Brown wolf who had been mute finally mustered up the courage to ask.

"Tell the leaders of your clan that the master of your ancestor who made him live was longer than the average wolf spoke to you" The voice said and instantly the floating eye vanished from existence.

The Silver gray wolf looked at its companions who were still frozen from the presence of a floating eye, "Let us go and tell the elders of our clan" he said.

They woke up the wolf that had fainted and journeyed back to one of the largest plains in the west of the northern continent.

"What did he say that he was. This voice that you claimed to have seen" said a wolf with white fur.

"The eye claimed to be the master of our ancestor who helped him to live longer than the average wolf," The Silver Wolf replied.

The wolf turned to look at the other five wolves who were listening to the information.

"If it is him then..."

"We have to obey. GrandFather told us that anyone that powerful was not to be trifled with" the wolf said.

"In that case let us pick clan members to go into this new land"

The wolves all nodded in agreement.
