Tik did not notice right before the arrow lodged itself into his back, piercing through his skin and coming out of his chest leaving him impaled and dead in a matter of seconds.
Klick and Huur’s eyes widened and they looked at the scene with horror when another arrow shot from the trees. Hearing the change of the wind from his twitched ears, Klick pushed Huur to the floor, dodging the ranged attack.
“Up there!” he said, pointing at the skies to a figure that managed to blend with the snow on the trees. It had a humanoid body, the head of a dog, and was also with a white furry skin. The only difference was the long curved tail wagging above its head.
It stretched its fury humanoid hands onto the bow sinew string pulling the tail of a long white arrow before releasing it to the duo.
“This is bad,” Klick said, rolling both his and Huur’s body as the arrow lodged itself into the earth “
