Lucia's Melodic Harmony

Butterflies danced lazily up from the long grass as Lucia strolled along the forest edge one sunny morning. Humming softly, she plucked a wildflower and twirled it while breathing deep the crisp, clean air.

Since resolving the supernatural secrets that once haunted these woods, an aura of serenity now infused the land and village. No longer fearing restless spirits or demonic pacts, people rebuilt cottages amongst the vines and winery Adam had revived. Laughter of children at play echoed from the rolling hills instead of howls or screams.

Rounding a moss-veiled stone wall, Lucia spotted her friend René strumming a cheerful melody on his guitar beneath a flowering chestnut tree.

“Ah, little forest nymph!” grinned the South African rock star. “Come, sit awhile and teach me one of your Sardinian songs.”
