Chapter 1.5 (EXTRA) To its Throne, the Final Of it

"Go on""Your Highness, they have informed me to tell you this""Continue,""Well for your coronation, it will be held in the next two weeks""That fast...? What are those ministers-""yes your highness, it was fast.""Alright, what do I do now?"This was the state of confusion.

He asked his advisor what he should do now, to which Jìng qíngquán responded that he needed to...

"Maybe try to stabilise your balance- you often or somehow nearly dropped to your knees?"Ān xīn found themselves in an awkward situation where they had to agree to a task that appeared straightforward at first but turned out to be quite challenging for them. Despite the difficulty, Ān xīn managed to complete the task to the best of their ability. It was awkward for Ān xīn- but Ān xīn was able to agree on a simple task, although it was not so simple for Ān xīn.

As Ān xīn processed the sudden news of his impending coronation, a wind of emotions stirred within him. He felt a mix of excitement, apprehension, and a vase of fear. The weight of responsibility pressed down on his shoulders like a heavy cloak, reminding him of the gravity of the role he was about to assume. With Jìng qíngquán's help, Ān xīn knew he had to prepare himself.... Stabilising his balance wasn't just about some physical posture; it symbolised his survival of the illness despite being large, more like vast.

His mind buzzed with questions and uncertainties.

Would he be a capable ruler?

Could he live up to the expectations of his people and his ancestors? Maybe?

What trials had waited for him beyond the grand of the coronation ceremony?

Ān xīn, the now-to-be-in-sudden heir to the throne, found himself struggling with self-doubt amidst the "thing" of his daily life... Despite being supposed to be prepared for the role for a long time, it was barely practised as it was most likely he would ascend to the throne, he couldn't help but feel... never mind. The masks and veils that he wore were not just symbols of his status but also served as shields to protect his true self from the constant many of his "supposed" courtiers and rivals. He had endured some hardships in the past due to a severe illness that he had suffered through, it was hard most of the time. Although the illness wasn't much of a life-threatening, but still it was still since it was an epidemic, it still left some scars, physical and emotional, that have stayed with the person. Despite the severity of the illness being not too high, Ān xīn still prefers to keep it to themselves and move on with life...

As Ān xīn navigated through a bunch of meetings, rehearsals, and unending ceremonies, he found a piece in moments of quiet reflection. In the stillness of the early morning or the hush of the late evening. Beautiful day hasn't it?
