Chapter 0: Prolonged Story(Fake)
(You are an 11-year-old student with white hair, light blue eyes, and the same height as Satoru. You're wearing a white hoodie and black pants.)
Satoru: Hey Kayo, are we going to school together?
Kayo: Uh huh...
(A new female student named Guju appears)
Guju: Ahhh...! Why was this school so far to walk to? I'm tired... and it's so snowy...
(Satoru and Kayo notice you)
Satoru: Hey kid, are you alright? You're shivering.
Kayo: Come with us, we can walk together. (She says this with no emotion on her face.)
Guju: Okay... You know, in the movie I saw, my character can predict the future.
(Satoru has a flashback)
Satoru: Wha- Oh yeah, so I'm guessing you know who I am?
Guju: No... But I saw it in the movie, I guess.
Satoru: Well, I'm Satoru, and that's Kayo.
Kayo: Uh huh...
Satoru: So, what's your name?
Guju: Guju... I'm going now, I know who the killer is. Bye!?
Satoru: WAIT, HOW-
Guju: It's a teacher playing nice, okay...
Kayo: (Slightly pissed off) Wait, that's not my question. I'm wondering how you know the killer.
Guju: (Whispers to Kayo) The god of ■■■■■■■■■■■ says so. I know who the next victim is, just play nice, okay?
Satoru: You're talking about the god of time, huh?
Kayo: (Whispering) Wait, how do you know about the god of time-
Guju: (Whispering to Kayo) Well, it's not time. I'm the child of Olympus, and don't tell Satoru I'm granted by my grandfather, the god who grants the time loop. Okay?! (Runs away)
Kayo: (Whispering) What the-
Satoru: WAIT, ARE YOU A SHINIGAMI?!
(Class starts)
(Time skip to lunchtime)
(Guju walks around, looking for a knife. The teacher, Gaku Yashiro, is on the top floor. Guju stabs him in the back, continues to stab, and stabs his neck and leg three times, killing him.)
Kayo: (Shouts) STOP, THIS KID IS A MURDERER! (Satoru starts running)
Guju: Haa... I altered it.
Satoru and Kayo: STOP! (They run even faster)
Guju: Guys?...
Guju: "It's done, I'm going home now."
Satoru: NO, YOU'RE NOT! (He grabs Guju's arm tightly to not let him go anywhere)
Guju: My job is done.
Satoru: (With a deadly tone) You're not going home. I need answers.
Guju: (Screaming) YOU DON'T KNOW WHO I AM! I'M A CHILD BEING BORN IN OLYMPUS!
Satoru: (Gripping Guju's arm) JUST TELL US WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW, OR ELSE!
Guju: NO.... Bye! (Runs away)
Satoru: HOLD HIM! (He runs at full speed)
(Guju jumps out the window)
Satoru: STOP! (He tries to grab Guju's leg)
(Guju hits the ground but is not dead)
Satoru: (Runs as fast as he can to try to catch up) COME HERE!
(Guju hides)
Satoru: COME BACK!
(Elysia, Guju's mother, appears in Satoru's head)
Elysia: Don't worry, child, he has done what he needed to do to finish it. He is a Spartan.
Satoru: SO WE CAN'T CATCH HIM?!
Elysia: See him in 2020.
Satoru: WAIT, SO HE'S NOT GOING TO KILL ANYMORE PEOPLE, RIGHT?!
Elysia: No, he knows something.
Satoru: BUT HE KILLED-
Elysia: That guy, Gaku Yashiro, was murdered by the child. He is behind all this after the kill incident from Kayo.
Satoru: So he's... a vigilante trying to kill people that are criminals and bad people..?
Elysia: Yes....
(Elysia gives Satoru a system menu screen)
Elysia: You are such a scary boy, I see...
Satoru: I-I didn't know... but if he's killing bad people, that doesn't make him as bad as them, right?
Elysia: Yes...! Bye...!
(Satoru thinks for a bit and then smiles)
Satoru: I don't think he's that bad anymore...
2020 years later
(Satoru is sitting in a coffee shop when he hears someone call his name)
(Guju hides)
(Satoru looks to his right and sees Guju)
Satoru: GUJU!
(Guju walks up, pretending to know him)
(Satoru gets up and runs to Guju, hugging him)
Satoru: You're not scared of me?
Guju: (Looks around and whispers) You gave my mother the ability, right? (Pats Satoru's back)
Satoru: ...I did, but it's only that power... (Blushes slightly)
Satoru: Wait, you know?...
Guju: No... I saw in the movie that it's not her with you.
Satoru: I-I thought you did know...
(He looks at Guju with a slight smile)
Satoru: Yeah, I'm with her...
Guju: I'm glad to hear that... so anyway, I'm gonna go now.
Satoru: Uhhh, I want to ask you something....
Guju: Yes...? What is it?
Satoru: Can I tell you something..?
Guju: Okay..! OK!
Satoru: It's a secret, okay?
Satoru: Well... I have one question...
(He says shyly)
Guju is confused when Satoru becomes shy.
(Satoru blushes)
Satoru: I... umm... (He gets closer to Guju)
Guju: Yes?
Satoru: I want to tell you that...
(He suddenly kisses Guju out of nowhere)
Guju: (Comedy scene) I'm not a guy, please stop!
(Satoru gets super embarrassed)
Satoru: S-Sorry, I thought...
Guju: Okay, bye!
Satoru: Bye...
(He walks back to the coffee shop)
Satoru: I messed up so badly...
(Blushes)
(Satoru tries to hide his face, which is fully red from embarrassment)
Satoru: God, I hate myself.
Guju: This is my first time. Blush me well because I'm a girl!
Satoru: WAIT WHAT?!
Satoru: Wait, you're a girl?!
Guju: Ummm... yeah?
Satoru: I-I thought you were a boy this whole time-
Guju: My hair is short, so I look like a boy.
Satoru: I'm sorry, I just thought you were a boy...
Guju: Don't worry, are you seeing Kayo?
Satoru: Uh yeah, she should be here any second-
(Kayo arrives and sees Satoru and Guju)
Kayo: Satoru, who's this?
Satoru: Oh, Kayo, this is Guju. Guju, this is Kayo.
Guju: Nice to meet you, Kayo.
Kayo: (Looks at Guju suspiciously) Hmm, I see.
Satoru: (Nervously) Uh, yeah, we were just catching up.
Kayo: (Raises an eyebrow) Catching up, huh?
Guju: (Sensing the tension) Well, I should get going. It was nice seeing you both.
Satoru: (Quickly) Wait, Guju! I, uh, wanted to ask you something.
Guju: (Tilts her head) Yes, Satoru?
Satoru: (Hesitates, then takes a deep breath) I was wondering if... if you'd like to, um, hang out sometime? Maybe get coffee or something?
Kayo: (Looks surprised and slightly annoyed)
Guju: (Blinks, then smiles) Sure, Satoru. That sounds nice.
Satoru: (Brightens up) Really? Great! How about tomorrow afternoon?
Guju: (Nods) Sounds good. I'll see you then.
(Guju waves and starts to leave)
Kayo: (Grabs Satoru's arm) Satoru, can I talk to you for a minute?
Satoru: (Gulps) Uh, sure, Kayo.
(Kayo drags Satoru to a more private area)
Kayo: (Frowns) What was that all about?
Satoru: (Scratches the back of his head) Oh, you know, just catching up with an old friend.
Kayo: (Crosses her arms) Since when are you and Guju friends?
Satoru: (Chuckles nervously) Well, it's a long story. But I promise, it's nothing to worry about.
Kayo: (Narrows her eyes) Satoru, you know I don't like it when you keep things from me.
Satoru: (Sighs) I know, Kayo. I'm sorry. It's just... complicated.
Kayo: (Shakes her head) Fine. But if this has anything to do with what happened back then, you better tell me.
Satoru: (Nods) I will, Kayo. I promise.
(Kayo and Satoru return to the coffee shop, where Guju is waiting)
Guju: (Smiles) Ready to go, Satoru?
Satoru: (Glances at Kayo, then turns to Guju) Yeah, let's go.
(Satoru and Guju leave, leaving Kayo behind, deep in thought)
Kayo: (Mutters to herself) What are you up to, Satoru?
(Satoru and Guju walk together, the tension from earlier dissipated)
Guju: So, Satoru, what did you want to talk to me about?
Satoru: (Scratches his head) Ah, well, I... I'm not really sure, to be honest.
Guju: (Chuckles) You seemed pretty eager to talk to me back there.
Satoru: (Blushes) Yeah, I, uh, I guess I just wanted to spend more time with you.
Guju: (Smiles) I'm glad. I enjoy talking to you, Satoru.
Satoru: (Looks at Guju) You know, I still can't believe I thought you were a boy this whole time.
Guju: (Laughs) Well, I do have a rather androgynous look. But I'm definitely all woman.
Satoru: (Chuckles) I can see that now.
(They walk in comfortable silence for a moment)
Guju: (Glances at Satoru) So, what's the deal with you and Kayo?
Satoru: (Sighs) It's... complicated. We've been through a lot together.
Guju: (Nods) I see. You two seem close.
Satoru: (Smiles) Yeah, she's my best friend. I care about her a lot.
Guju: (Smiles back) That's nice. It's good to have someone like that in your life.
Satoru: (Looks at Guju) What about you? Do you have any close friends?
Guju: (Shakes her head) Not really. I've always kind of kept to myself.
Satoru: (Frowns) Well, that's a shame. You seem like a really cool person.
Guju: (Blushes) Thank you, Satoru. That's very kind of you to say.
(They arrive at a small café and find a table to sit at)
Satoru: (Looks around) This place is nice. I come here sometimes.
Guju: (Nods) It has a cozy feel to it.
(A waitress comes by and they order their drinks)
Satoru: (Takes a sip of his coffee) So, Guju, what have you been up to all these years?
Guju: (Pauses) Well, I've been... busy, I suppose. Trying to figure things out, you know?
Satoru: (Nods) I can imagine. A lot has happened since that day.
Guju: (Looks down) Yeah... a lot has changed.
(They sit in silence for a moment, the weight of their shared history hanging in the air)
Satoru: (Reaches across the table and takes Guju's hand) Hey, I'm glad we got to see each other again.
Guju: (Looks up, eyes shining) Me too, Satoru. Me too.
(They smile at each other, the café fading away as they get lost in the moment)
(Time passes, and Satoru and Guju continue to meet up regularly at the café. Their conversations flow easily, as if no time had passed since their last encounter.)
Satoru: (Chuckles) Remember when you thought I was going to kiss you that day? I still can't believe I did that.
Guju: (Laughs) I was so shocked! I thought you were actually going to do it.
Satoru: (Blushes) Yeah, I don't know what came over me. I'm really sorry about that.
Guju: (Waves her hand dismissively) Don't worry about it, Satoru. It was kind of... sweet, in a way.
Satoru: (Looks surprised) Really? You thought it was sweet?
Guju: (Nods) Yeah, I did. It was a bit unexpected, but I could tell you were being genuine.
Satoru: (Smiles) Well, I'm glad you didn't think I was a complete weirdo.
Guju: (Smiles back) Of course not. I enjoy our time together, Satoru.
Satoru: (Reaches across the table and takes Guju's hand) Me too, Guju. It's been really nice getting to know you better.
Guju: (Blushes slightly) Same here. You know, I've been thinking...
Satoru: (Tilts his head) About what?
Guju: (Hesitates) Well, I was wondering if maybe... we could take this to the next level.
Satoru: (Eyes widen) Next level? What do you mean?
Guju: (Looks down shyly) I mean, like, maybe we could try... dating?
Satoru: (Blinks, then a huge smile spreads across his face) Really? You want to date me?
Guju: (Nods) Yes, Satoru. I really like you, and I'd love to see where this could go.
Satoru: (Squeezes Guju's hand) I'd love that too, Guju. I really care about you, and I want to see where this goes as well.
(They both smile, their eyes shining with happiness and anticipation. The café around them fades away as they get lost in each other's gaze.)
Guju: (Leans in closer) So, what do you say we get out of here and go on our first date?
Satoru: (Nods eagerly) Absolutely. Let's do it.
(They stand up, hand in hand, and walk out of the café, their laughter and excitement filling the air as they embark on a new chapter of their lives together.)
(Meanwhile, Kayo has been watching Satoru and Guju from a distance, her brow furrowed in concern.)
Kayo: (Mutters to herself) What are you up to, Satoru?
(She decides to follow them, keeping a safe distance as they leave the café and head out together.)
(Satoru and Guju are lost in their own world, completely unaware of Kayo's presence.)
Guju: (Smiling up at Satoru) So, where are we going?
Satoru: (Returning her smile) I was thinking we could go for a walk in the park. It's a beautiful day.
Guju: (Nods) Sounds perfect.
(They continue walking, their hands intertwined. Kayo trails behind them, her eyes narrowed as she observes their interactions.)
Kayo: (Thinking) They seem so... comfortable with each other. What happened between them?
(As they reach the park, Satoru and Guju find a secluded bench and sit down, still lost in their own little bubble.)
Guju: (Gazing at Satoru) You know, I've been thinking a lot about that day, back in school.
Satoru: (Nods) Yeah, me too. It was... a lot to take in.
Guju: (Sighs) I'm sorry I had to put you and Kayo through that. I was just trying to do what I thought was right.
Satoru: (Squeezes her hand) I know, Guju. And I don't blame you. You were just trying to protect people, in your own way.
Guju: (Looks down) But I still feel guilty about what happened. I never wanted to hurt anyone.
Satoru: (Lifts her chin) Hey, it's okay. We're here now, and that's what matters. We've both grown so much since then.
Guju: (Smiles) You're right. And I'm so grateful to have you in my life, Satoru.
(They lean in, their lips meeting in a gentle, tender kiss.)
(Kayo, who has been watching from a distance, feels her heart drop. She turns and walks away, her mind racing with questions and emotions.)
Kayo: (Thinking) Satoru... what are you doing?
(She knows she needs to confront him, to understand what's going on. But for now, she needs time to process everything she's witnessed.)
